Very fast delivery. Tree is amazing. It is not as full as it looks in the picture but this allows for the tinsel and decorations to be added which now the tree is up looks super awesome. Easy to assemble, it comes in 4 sections that just pop out like an umbrella - no bits to keep in size bags. Lights are very nice have different settings and speeds of flashing or are constant, warm not bright and already in each tree section and easy to connect. Would recommend.

I am absolutely beside myself, this tree came faulty, doesn't even stand up, I now dont have a Christmas tree for my 2 year old son.I sent photo and video evidence but still got told I was the idiot and was putting it together wrong, there is literally only one way you can assemble this tree as there are cords restricting it movements.They then tried to give me a $54 refund for something that came faulty and that I paid over $180 for plus postage. And are trying to argue and deny me a refund for a faulty product.Never ever again.

This beautiful tree surpassed every expectation.Cannot speak highly enough of the quality. The lights are magnificent, better than I have ever seen on any tree.Delivery was fantastic. I ordered on a Monday afternoon and received it on Thursday morning. It had to come from Melbourne to Sydney, yet I still received it in this very short timespan.Thank you to this great firm.I would recommend this tree and this firm to everyone.If you are considering purchasing this tree, you will not be disappointed, it truly is beautiful.

Absolute crap

NOTHING like the pics! This is the most ridiculous, sad, pathetic Christmas tree we have ever bought. It is not worth $20 let alone $150+ we spent!! It is stringy and the hinges make all the branches sag. Save your money go to a cheap shop. If i could give 0 stars i would. What a waste of money.

Base broken & bottom branches loose

Took tree from the box & when we took out the base it was broken. Since no one sells bases by themselves (I went panic searching so we could salvage the tree) ended up buying a tree stand to sort tree. Branches at the bottom also dropped to floor so screws inserted to hold them up a bit. For the price it’s really disappointing. Was offered small money compensation but still wouldn’t recommend as that only covered cost of new base & didn’t resolve the fact the tree is not in full working order.

Good tree, works fine. Advertised picture not the same as the product

Would have given this 5 stars if it was the same tree as advertised but it has notably less foliage than in the advertised picture. Need plenty of 'fluffing up' and decorations to hide this fact, but other reviews prepped me for this. That being said it is a decent tree for the price. Easy to assemble and comes in 3-4 sections that slot together on a simple base. Lights worked first go and sections clip together via 3-4 daisy chain connections. Quick to put up and pack back into the box. Will be happy to use this for several years to come. If you are happy to spend a lot more money, then invest in another tree.

Gorgeous or enormous

Absolutely stunning. Delivery to Metro Perth was about 1.5 - 2 weeks.Getting this tree was bitter-sweet, my old one was supposed to last one more year so I could buy a cery expensive tree in the after xmas sales. However afyer 15 years my old tree just didn't survive the ladt 10 months in storage and had to be thrown away. Thank goodness for that! This tree is a quarter of the price of my "dream" tree and just as beautiful!Just like any artificial tree, expect to spend about an hour at least "fluffing" out the branches, (mine was more like 2 hours) however the longer you spend the prettier it gets! Huge and bright!

This tree is awesome. Even though the branches aren't super super thick, there are so many as well as the lights that it looks very full, even for how tall and wide it is. And holy moly it looks amazing with the lights.Best tree on the market for that kind of price. Also quick and easy delivery set up and delivery.

Jingle Jolly Christmas Tree

The worse product I have ever ordered totally unlike it’s advertised picture, the branches are so sparse I spent 30 mins arranging just the bottom and you could see through the tree no matter how much I tweaked the pines. The lights are just normal lights attached by rubber clips and in some places the lights just dangled down and you couldn’t arrange them on the branches because of how they are attached. 1 piece of pine needless was already broken off on arrival so imagine how all that tweaking is going to weaken the tree, it won’t last long. I have asked to return it and was told I would have to pay restocking fee plus return post and that’s only if the supplier agrees! I just put this tree up and I'm very disappointed it is very patchy the tree doesn't hold ornaments very well the branches actually bend down if you have too many ornaments on the one branch. The lights aren't built-in to the tree branches they're just wrapped around the tree and then they connect up so it's still on a wire like normal Christmas lights you wrap around yourself but they have already been put on for you. I paid $320 for this tree but I have noticed that the price changes daily so it goes up and down.
