I did not know a soap could be this good. it smells exactly like the perfume, which I love. The scent lasts for hours on me. It lathers beautifully with very little so it lasts longer than your average hand/body wash. I also have sensitive eczema prone skin and was concerned this might be drying like so many other scented products I've tried. I was dead wrong. My skin feels so soft and clean after using it, even better than the ultra moisturizing eczema safe soaps I've been using. I didn't think there was such a thing as a soap that feels luxurious, but this is it. I hate that I love this product so much because it is so expensive but I will definitely buy it again to treat myself.

Growing up, I knew I had a strong mental connection to all large bodies of water. Since we only have lakes and rivers in AZ, our closest ocean beach is a 5-6 hr drive to CA. This scent smells like someone magically took all of the ocean’s essence and put it in a bottle. With even one spray of this special scent, I’m immediately taken back to the ocean beach mentally and I absolutely love it! It’s so divine and therapeutic for me, it truly is! I also own the shower gel and the body cream to layer it for longevity through the day! There are many more scents from this line that I also own and I have become pretty good at mixing a few. Jo Malone highly recommends mixing, something that sounded absurd to me at first, but with all of their scents, it’s become a lot of fun! Many of their masculine scents are more “unisex” than male/female specific. Lastly, their packaging is unlike most. Everything comes in a beautiful box and ribbon, it’s like opening a new gift with every order. As stated, I do like to layer; however, it’s “not” because the scent alone doesn’t last, it absolutely “does”!! Their customer service is also top notch, I just can’t say enough to express how lovely the “whole” Jo Malone experience is! They even have variety sets to allow the consumer a chance at trying many before deciding which one is best for their personal taste. It’s obviously available at the Jo Malone brand website, Sephora(limited to a smaller range), and the same applies to Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and other high end Dept stores. If you’re tired of seeing and smelling the same old stuff, I HIGHLY recommend Jo Malone; especially, Wood Sage Sea Salt!

Received this product at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale in a box with the perfume. I LOVE it! Really helps prolong the scent of my personal concoction of Nectarine Blossoms and Blackberry Bay I put on every day. Nothing starts a day better than those two scents for me, on my skin. I am routinely asked “what are you wearing?” It is fresh, decadent and complex. I do wish the perfume lasted longer on my skin, but now I have found a way to prolong the scent by using the body wash.

I can be extremely sensitive to everyday scents which can result in a headache at times. I find this fragrance to be the perfect strength with a wonderful balance of earthy sage and fresh sea salt however it’s wonderfully complex, layers well with fragranced body lotions. I absolutely adore how it is revitalizing with a clean aroma that has a nice staying power. Love that I can wear it as an everyday scent or mix with anything from a floral to a citrus scent.

Always Divine - A Classic Fragrance

Always divine! The Jo Malone range is so lovely. The English Pear & Freesia is a classic, subtle scent and the hand wash is thick and lathers up well which means you don’t have to use much and it lasts. This product is an indulgence that I make a few times a year. This particular purchase was a gift and my sister loved it. The packaging was classic and very smart, so virtually no gift-wrapping required! I highly recommend this product.

My mothers use Jo malone while I was growing up, so I already knew I loved this scent. It's quite unique to me, so sweet and warm but still floral and feminine. It layers very well with most other scents to give them that touch of warmth, but easily complements other floral scents like English pear and peony suede. The shower gel is quite fragrant at first but doesn't ease off of the skin after a couple of hours. It doesn't disappear completely but what's left is very subtle. But if you're using it in combination with lotion and a fragrance, that subtlety really compliments the others! Of course, the more you add the more fragrant it is, but on average- 2-3 pumps on a cloth should cover your body. Lovely smell and hands feel very soft

Has a lovely floral scent like walking in a country garden in, and my hands feel very soft after using this soap. I only need one pump and it makes a nice lather. I sometimes use it as bodywash too if I remember to grab it from the sink before stepping in the shower. My only complaint is that the pump on mine seems lower than it should, so sometimes some of the soap doesn't land directly on my hand and runs down the side of the bottle and I have to rinse it and wipe it off so doesn't make a pool of soap on my bathroom counter. However, I've had it for a month and barely looks like the soap level in the bottle has gone down much, so seems like it will probably last a while.

OMG! The instant I tried it, I love JM Mimosa & Cardamom!

Lucky me, I received the Jo Malone Body & Hand Wash Gel as a gift. Never having tried the Mimosa & Cardamom, I just couldnt believe how wonderful it smells and I just kept opening it and smelling it! Its a wonderful body gel wash or for hands and Ive actually ordered more to put into my decorative bathroom hand soap pump containers in each bathroom. Its so luxurious! It has been many years since a scent has impressed me this much. Just love it!

Smells nothing like the perfume

My daughters fragrance of choice for her wedding was Jo Malone Orange Blossom. The fragrance is wonderful. On this basis, I purchased the perfume for each bridesmaid (4 of them) and the Bride, also the body lotion (so she and her bridesmaids could 'layer') and for good measure, the handwash, so that the whole house could float on a waft of Orange Blossom on the morning of the wedding.Sadly no. The handwash smells nothing like the perfume and is more reminiscent of industrial strength disinfectant. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. To make matters worse, my daughter bought me yet another bottle as a present. So now I have two.My husband has banned both bottles from the house.

Weird smell

This is my personal viewpoint that this particular fragrance is strange and not exactly pleasant. When I asked family members to describe the smell they liked it and said it was fresh and subtle. To me it smelled a lot like you know how when you cook, get your hands messy in garlic, coriander and just cooking stuff. And you try to wash your hands but some of the smells don't wash off? It's that association of smell to me. So I didn't like the smell to linger around and had to use a different soap to get this smell off. This is the first time that I have disliked a lime smell. The basil smell is way more overpowering for me. I will stick to the woody and floral scents of Jo Malone. This was disappointing to say the least.
