Excellent service especially in these difficult times. Purchased a collection of products but focused around the Ring Light all work perfectly, are well made a sturdy. We have owned and extensively used GorillaPod for over ten years during which they have performed perfectly using cameras from full frame DSLR to cell phone. All these new products are equally well made and I'm sure will serve us well.

Does what it's intended for

Works as intended. Nothing really special about it. Would be nice if there were suggestions for other accessories and products to pair with it. Pictures on the box include products that are not in the box and have no explanation about what they are.

Faulty product with unclear description.

I had to return this product as it did not work. When the on/off button was pressed, it flashed on and off once and would not stay on. The description needs to clarify that the stand is not included, although it it shown in main image.

Great for cameras

The light plugs into a USB port (such as on a powerbank), it fits onto a standard camera tripod with square "foot" at the bottom for a camera (shown on the picture with the round screw thing), with feet also at 9:00 12:00 and 3:00 around the circle for things like microphones or other accessories. I wouldn't trust putting big items like DSLR cameras on the ones around the edge, but held a microphone no problem.It has a warm light, cool light, and medium setting, you can adjust the brightness from high to low with the buttons on the cord.If you want to use it with your phone you'd have to purchase a separate holder that's compatible with a regular camera tripod. The clear part is plastic and it doesn't break if I press on it with my fingers very hard but I'd be careful just in case.Casts nice light onto an object fairly close to it but not much visual effect on objects a certain distance away. When I put my hand in front of the camera and turned up the brightness I found creases disappearing.I could carefully fit my Panasonic HC-V770M camera inside with the side screen flipped out, but not enough room to rotate the side screen to face forward or back without taking the camera back out.

Does what I need it to do. I also really enjoy the cold shoes for accessories and was please with the cold shoe adaptor. I like it!

Nice adjustable lighting

Very handy light, adjustable from soft and warm color to bright and white. Perfect for my dim office and streaming apps. Works well as lighting for portrait shots too. Love the adapter at the bottom to attach webcam or other camera.

Poor quality product

The light broke within a week. Very poorly made. JB HiFi replaced it with another brand which is working fine. Not recommended.

Product as expected and good light range!

This product has different light shades/tones & you can control how bright or dim you have it, making this a versatile product that can deliver the light you want!Only down side is indoors it doesn't create the perfect lighting that other YouTubers / online creators have in their videos, that will require further experimentation with your other lighting and adding lamps / candles etc. to give the perfect lighting like you see the pro content creators get!

Switch Broken

This is an amazing ring light that I have had for a few days. In that time the button for the on/off has broken and the thin plastic that covers it has torn and fallen inward. I can still turn it off and on but it is a struggle and I expect the switch will completely die in a few more days. Too bad because the actual light is perfect.
