The first thing I have to say about these is that they are incredibly soft. Quite possibly the softest pair of underwear I have ever worn. As soon as I opened up the package and felt them, I was excited to put them on. These definitely did not disappoint. The fit was great on these. They hugged the body perfectly. I enjoyed the length as well. They are longer than normal, but they are written as long leg so I knew what I was getting into and it was honestly great. The pouch wasnât extremely intrusive unlike many other brands with pouches. It seemed a bit less than the other Jockey âchafe proofâ styles however which Iâm unsure how well it will fare with stopping chafing. I'm glad Jockey has a chafe proof design. The texture of the brief is smooth and soft with good stretch and flexibility. I have the black color and it has a bit of a sheen to it which gives it a sporty feel. I tried these during a light workout and could tell there won't be issues with chafing happening even during strenuous workouts. The legs didn't roll up on these at all during the entire day, but the waist band did roll down a bit at times when bending or changing positions during weightlifting. That would be my only reason for giving 4 stars for these. I loved the air flow with these while moving. The best thing about these is the versatility of them. I was just as comfortable at work sitting, standing and walking as I was during my workout - that is a great ... MoreI'm glad Jockey has a chafe proof design. I wore the medium and they were very true to size for me. I'm 5'8" with a thin build and the bottom of the long leg brief hit about 6 inches above my knee. I would say the support is not as good in the front and doesnât give as much lift as an actual brief, but the long leg boxer brief is a really good quality item with such great versatility, and I would buy these again in other colors.

I have been looking for long boxer briefs for a couple of years. I current wear Rapid Cool Long Boxers. I have very little complaints about them, except after several hours of wear, they have a tendency to pull away from my groin fold. They do keep the heat build up down as cool as possible. These new Chafe Proof Pouch Micro Long Leg Boxer Briefs stayed in place even when extended wear for a couple days. They are light and very breathable with the venting along the groin fold. I really believe they are one of the most comfortable underwear that I have ever worn. They are true to fit size. I have a 36 â waist and tried the Large size (36-38). When washing them, they maintained the size without shrinking or stretching. I first noticed how soft the fabric was which is characteristic of modal. The fabric provided excellent stretch and flexibility and great support in the important areas. On many Jockey products, I notice that waist rise is too high, but this boxer brief was perfect! Not too high, and not too low. The waist band was okay, not great. I much prefer a fabric covered waist band, but this one was sufficient.I normally fit a size medium (I am a solid 32-33 in waist), but I noticed that on my last Jockey order, the waist was a little on the tight side. I went up a size large, and although the waist was larger and fit well, the waistband was still slightly tighter than I thought it would be. Lots of room in the legs, but the waist seems to be sized a little on the small ... MoreI first noticed how soft the fabric was which is characteristic of modal. The boxer brief held its shape and looked brand new even after a second and third washing. It seems to be very durable.
I received the 3 pack of microfiber boxer briefs. Out of the package they are nicer than expected, finishing was nice and first time putting on a pair they are very comfortable. I tend to be more of a briefs person due to the support they provide but gave these jockey boxer briefs a try. The fabric is soft and on par with what I would expect for microfiber. Additionally, fit is also on par with normal sizing. The mesh panels around the pouch are nice and do definitely add to the breathability of these briefs. Though I have only had them since itâs been cold out I have high hopes for when summer rolls around. Jockey claims that the pouch is designed to wrap around and support the anatomy which I think it does pretty well though I wouldnât mind the pouch being ... MoreI received the 3 pack of microfiber boxer briefs. Material drys quick and would be a great brief for all occasions from gym to everyday wear. I personally have been wearing them for normal everyday wear and post workout for the last couple weeks and am pleased. Overall not bad, I would love to see these offered in other colors and designs.
Access to the penis was always an issue for me; contorting through the traditional side slit was not my forte. I had grown used to using my thumb to pull down the waist band and flop it out from there, something not very useful in certain situations, With the advent of the pocket, this annoyance is a thing of the past.I lived in Kenosha WI as a child and there was a Jockey facility near our home. My brother-in-law worked there and would routinely give gifts to me of various different styles so I was already familiar with the quality this company provided. The quality today exceeded the quality I recall from back them. They are softer [read super soft], seams are smoother, fit is fantastic, and if there was an issue it would be with the larger width of the elastic ... MoreAccess to the penis was always an issue for me; contorting through the traditional side slit was not my forte. I still fit easily into a 34, one size larger than I did as a young man back then. I cannot speak for different sizes but these are amazing and worth every penny.
We replaced every piece of underwear in our underwear drawer in the past six months. As part of the process, we purchased several pieces of several different lines of JockeyŽ boxer briefs in order to compare and contrast them. The SportŽ Silver Microfiber boxer briefs were 㟠by a wide margin 㟠the worst of the bunch. There are two complementary flaws in the design of the SportŽ Silver Microfiber boxer briefs. The first is the position of the Horizontal Fly. In the SportŽ Silver Microfiber boxer briefs, the opening is just 5/16" (five sixteenths inch) below the bottom of the waistband. That means, for an adult male of average proportions, the penis must be pulled sharply upward and through a narrow opening in order to use the fly to urinate. The second flaw is that ... MoreWe replaced every piece of underwear in our underwear drawer in the past six months. The second flaw is that the mesh fabric behind (inside) the fly opening has a VERY strong elastic. We have used serious large slingshots that have less strong elastic than the SportŽ Silver Microfiber boxer briefs. The combined effect of the two flaws is that the top of the mesh backing material inside the fly impinges upon the bottom of the penis, acting as a half tournequet to shut off the flow of urine through the urethra. One must use two hands to urinate; one hand is neded just to hold the top of the inside mesh component down to keep the fly open, or else the urine will not flow. And often, after apparently finishing an evacuation of one's bladder, there remain a couple of inches in the ureal pasage; that urine ends up being released into the boxer briefs themselves, and one has the feeling that he has wet his pants. We tried out the Jockey SportŽ Silver Microfiber boxer briefs because we had liked the JockeyŽ Pouch cotton blend boxer briefs. For both comfort and convenience, the JockeyŽ Pouch boxer briefs are very much superior to the SportŽ Silver Microfiber boxer briefs; we erred in purchasing the latter, and regret our purchase.
I wore the product for the first time today, having run it through the laundry yesterday. I was wearing Jockey nylon boxers more than forty years ago and enjoyed them then. That this product is a polyester/spandex blend was not a big conversion stretch, although these days I primarily wearJockey cotton pouch briefs for the sake of their support. This product provides that same quality. It is 89 degrees here today and I have been outside, I have no feeling of dampness in that area. These shorts are comfortable, though a bit of a fit problem. Iâm an xl and the product was only available up to a l, I requested them anyway. When the product arrived in the mail, it was on a hanger with point of sales tags attached. I read the tags to find that the polyester was produced from recycled plastic bottles. Iâm not a major green, but it pleased me that the sourcing for the material provided an ecological improvement. I can heartily recommend this product. It washed well, feels good and lives up to its claims.
This is my first time using pouch-style underwear. usually, I'm okay using any of the "sport" related products Jockey offers when working out, but decided to give these a go as they're supposed to be "Chafe Proof."For me, three things are important:1). Waistband needs to stay put: this particular product, waistband DOES stay put, no rolling, bunching, or shifting around2). Legs need to stay put: I hate "scrunching" and "bunching," like most Jockey products, the legs stay put throughout my workouts.3). Moisture-wicking: nothing feels worse than soggy or sweat-soaked underwear, I tossed cotton underwear years ago. I like the majority of Jockey's sports-themed underwear because they definitely stay dry even during intense workouts.Okay, so... Moisture-wicking: nothing feels worse than soggy or sweat-soaked underwear, I tossed cotton underwear years ago. I like the majority of Jockey's sports-themed underwear because they definitely stay dry even during intense workouts.Okay, so... "chafe proof," as I mentioned, this is the first time I've tried pouch-style underwear, when I first started seeing them, I wondered if it was a gimmick. Most sports underwear tend to support where needed, BUT... from time to time, I do experience chafing, I cycle anywhere from 100-150 miles a week, and though I wear cycling shorts, sometimes I'll wear regular athletic shorts with underwear; also, I like the ellipticals at the gym, so both these activities require a high RPM, and my balls sometimes end up a little red-rashed from the friction. I decided to try these out at the gym on an elliptical, and I have to admit, the pouch kept my balls snug and separate from my legs. Overall, I didn't find it to be too tight or too restricting, they're actually pretty comfortable, (I thought having a pouch would "squish" everything, that's why I avoided pouch underwear in the past). So, if you need underwear for working out, or general everyday wear, these are great!
The first thing I love about these Chafe Proof Modal Boxer Briefs is that the modal stretch fabric is very soft and stretchy. And thanks to the flat seams, I didnât notice any friction on my skin. Another bonus is that without any itchy tags in the back, there is nothing to irritate my skin. Iâm a pouch fan and especially like the pouch on these briefs. It is roomy and comfortable enough to hold things in place without feeling constrained or tight, even while actively involved in sports. The modal fabric is so soft and comfortable I hardly notice Iâm wearing them whether actively working or lounging around the house. The last notable perk is the mesh vents that surround the pouch.
