We bought this for my daughter to fit out new bugaboo pram. We have just finished using it, and she is 12 months old, so I was very surprised to find it truly was a 0-12 month capsule! My daughter is on the 99th percentile for height too- so that just tells you how great it is!The capsule is easy to get in and out of our car (an SUV) and has stayed in perfect condition, despite heavy use! Excellent quality and I wish we had it with our first born.

I bought this to fit my Icandy pram wishing I just got a normal car seat it’s extremely hard to put the baby in and if you remove any of the support foam the baby is chin to chest or head is lob sided wouldn’t recommend at all

Love this capsule! If you don't have a lot of room in your car, this capsule is a great option as it is shorter in depth, compared to Maxi Cosi, Nuna, or Britax capsules. We have a Mazda CX-5 and this fits well without compromising on driver seat space. It is compatible with Maxi Cosi and Nuna adaptors for prams. We use it with our Silver Cross pram. The installation for the car was easy using ISOFIX. Joie's customer service was also exceptional - I had an issue with the press studs on the fabric (which their rep had never encountered before), and they swapped the capsule for a new one without any fuss. I've also been told this capsule is great for babies with hip dysplasia as the seat is wide and deep for a brace.

This capsule is very easy to use, comfortable and it easily clips straight onto the pram So glad I bought it for my daughter.
I found this capsule very awkward to get in and out of the car and the passenger seat (of our Nissan Qashqai) has to be pushed so far forward for it to fit!My son is almost 5 months old and he’s almost grown out of it (even though it says it suits up to 12 months of age). He’s in the 48th percentile for height and weight so I would find it hard to believe that any baby would get a full 12 months of it.Not impressed overall!
Bump near the Safely belt release button. Bub keep rubbing his foot on it.Advised by the staff to put a towel on the part however issue is if baby rub his feet towel is not going to stay.Overall good capsule but this is the major fault.DO NOT BUY until it is fixed.
I really wish we hadn't bought this seat. It's a nightmare to get in and out of the car. I always feel so sorry for my daughter when she's in there. She looks extremely uncomfortable. Our paediatrician also commented on the awkward position this seat forces the baby into. We drive a Subaru forester and we couldn't manage to get the seat behind the driver's seat or the passenger seat. It just fits in the middle seat. It's also not cheap. Don't buy it!
I bought this to use in the first few months of my newborn’s life. It is supposed to last until the child is 1. He grew out of it by 4 months. The depth of the capsule is also horrible. The poor baby looks like it will suffocate as his head is bent so far forward. I constantly have to check on the baby to make sure he’s ok the only thing I like about this seat is that it can be taken in and out of the car easily. I do not recommend this seat.
We love this seat. I find it really easy to get in and out of the car and it attaches easily to our bugaboo pram. Our son is completely happy in the seat and the car is undefeated against our sons strong sleep resistance. We recently did a 4 hour car trip and he slept soundly the entire way.
Not a fan. We've been using this car seat for about 4 months now and our daughter absolutely hates being in it, screams the moment she's strapped in. She looks so awkward and uncomfortable in it, no matter what adjustments we make to the inserts/headrest. Originally purchased because the capsule is supposed to last until around 12 months but I think we're going to be moving away from it very soon :(Do not recommend.
