I bought these for my wife and she absolutely loved them! They fit true to size and look just like the pics other than the threads sticking out in some places reason being we didn't rate a 5 star!
I would prefer to buy in person but the store does not carry half sizes past a size 11. I gave two stars because the ordering process was easy and the shoes arrived quickly. However, when they arrived they were not in perfect condition which isn't great since they were a gift. Part of the suede was stained darker with something sticky, probably a sticker. I wasn't sure how to proceed with exchanging for another pair because the website does say they will charge a restocking fee and I did think I should have to pay that fee when the shoe arrived like that. I emailed customer service and never heard back. So my negative 3 stars is for the condition they arrived in and the lack of response from customer service.
I bought a pair for one son and the other liked them so much I bought him a pair. Both say they are comfortable and stylish. They fit to size. Only issue is keeping them clean.
