I called and they're Dispatch Center said that they have to do an investigation which could take 3 to 4 days to investigate it which means I have to wait to see if I can order my granddaughter's Christmas shoes and then they also told me if not what I like my money back or what I like it on a gift card I want the shoes I don't want a gift card I do not want the cash if I wanted to cash I wouldn't have spent it in the first place so I'm very upset so I went ahead and ordered a second pair and now I'm just hoping that that doesn't cause a glitch in their system because I ordered another pair to make sure my grandbaby shoes get here

I bought these for my niece. They are super cute! The pink part of the show is a bit more textured / fuzzy compared to the picture online.
