I ordered a women’s 8.5 and was sent a men’s 8.5. I was supposed informed that I could not return or get a refund. The app failed to convert from a women’s 8.5 to a men’s 7. The only resolution offered was to sell the show on StockX without any sellers fee. This was only my 2nd time using this app. Not a good experience.

Comfortable, stylish and love the real laces

My son loves these shoes. He picked them specifically for the colors (we got the red and black). He also finds them very comfortable. I like them because I love the look of Nike high tops, and also I wanted shoes in a little kids size that had real shoe laces- not the elastic ones. He learned how to tie his shoes and I wanted real laces so that he could practice every day.

Good throwback style!

They run a little small. I wish they had more colors available… like the pink ones are only available for Big Kids and Toddlers, not Little Kids. It took way too much research to figure this out and store employees didn’t connect the dots.

Jordan 1 Mid White/Green

My son loves his new Shoes. They are very comfortable and stylish. I ordered them online, the shipping was quick and they were the perfect fit. I will definitely order from Hibbett again!

May never get the shoes

I ordered these shoes and was given a delivery date. I was also told that I would receive tracking info as soon as the item shipped. However I did the online chat with customer service about never receiving them and I was told that they were still processing the order. So every day after that for the next three days I chatted to try to receive an ETA I was told that they were still in process. I then call the customer service line to be told they were indeed shipped and were lost. They told me they were going to “request” a refund for me and it could take 4-5 business days to get approved then would have to wait whatever the time frame is with my bank before getting my money back. Here we are 4 days later getting an email to rate the product that I haven’t received. ... MoreI ordered these shoes and was given a delivery date. Mediocre color way

The color way/color pallet is extremely difficult to coordinate. The color itself appears as though it will easily fade away with time and cleaning. I honestly wonder why certain color pallets aren’t extended more to coincide with existing clothing lines/styles. For example fireberry is still prevalent within many of the currently advertised clothing styles yet there are few if any shoe options in this color.Strictly commenting on comfort they should be fine as the “mids” are a comfortable shoe for all ages.

Nephew loved them so much, he slept with them

These were my nephew's biggest xmas ask so we got them for him as a combined xmas and bday gift and he was over the moon excited about them. Stoked to wear them to school, but didn't want to dirty them outside. My brother in law sent me a picture of him sleeping with them as well. Highly recommended for any young (my nephew is 9) kid who wants Jordans.

Not Happy

Not happy! I received ONE shoe!! Who does that?!?! AND it wasn’t even the right size. Customer Service has been no help either, I keep getting the runaround as far as a refund or receiving the correct product. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my 8 year old. I am so disappointed!

The Banana Boat

This has to be one of the BEST shoes I’ve purchased for my daughter. I have to say she thinks it’s absolutely gorgeous and comfortable.i would recommend Hibbett/City Gear for the win on this one. It’s hard to find a 13c in Montgomery AL but is went fairly well.

The mind craft edition Jordan's are awesome

I bought these shoes because my 3 sons are really into mind craft the game. The color scheme fits perfectly and the bonus is they are nike air Jordan's goes to together perfectly. He wears them for school and for gym class. The only thing I would've changed is I would of loved if they would've included multicolored laces to match the shoes. They are made of high quality material and are very durable.
