Everything about the actual product is fine. Problem was with the listing as it showed as a Men’s size 11.5 but also had the PS notation. Very sloppy listing

I purchased size (PS)pre school by mistake. I immediately tried to cancel it but was not able to. Now I’m out $130 for kids shoes I can’t wear. The website should be more clear with the size and allow cancellations.

StockX/Seller listed the shoe with notation (PS) - it does not clearly state what PS means. they also listed the item as “US men’s size 11C, they do not state what the “C” stands for. This sizing stating “Mens” gives the appearance that it is a men’s size shoe. After ordering I realised the error and within minutes tried to cancel the order. StockX intentionally makes support hard to locate and sends you to an automated system that tells you that cancellations are not allowed. I then managed to find the stockx email that is essentially hidden( got it through PayPal) only to get the automated response that they do not monitor the support email address. THEY DO NOT MONITOR THEIR OWN EMAIL ACCOUNT. I then lodged a PayPal complaint and attempted to have the transaction ... Stock X sent the WRONG shoes to us & wont take responsibility. We ordered MENS they sent kids. Disgusting customer service, arrogant & rude replies with the attitude ‘we are right & your wrong, bad luck’. Would never use them again or recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
Glad I was able to purchase this shoe to match with my son. I enjoy shopping at shoe Palace preferably the store. I don't like they charge a shipping fee when all other shoe stores is free if you're a member. I'll try to stay off the website but at the store is great.
