This was my first, and last, time buying from StockX. There is an issue with the leather on one sneaker and the stitching is odd over the swoosh, too. The shoe trees were not typical for this sneaker and felt fake compared to similar Jordan 1 golf shoes purchased directly from Nike. I tried submitting a claim several times but was denied due to picture size. After resizing the pictures to a nearly un-viewable size, I still received the same error and could not submit. I then tried contacting customer service, but the only way to do so is through a chat function. After waiting 10 minutes, I was able to communicate my issue and was told to submit a claim.
