They didn't take my concerns that it was a counterfeit shoe into consideration. The shoe came in a sketchy box with a computer generated matte label, not a glossy label that Jordan's usually have. Also it said made in Vietnam, whereas my other Jordan 11 box says China

The Air Jordan 11 Low 72-10 is a clean colorway with good enough materials to will leave people happy with their purchase. They look good, feel good and they play well on top of that. I hoped the quality wouldn’t obstruct my opinion on their performance and it honestly hasn’t. These are still one of my personal favorite on-court options of all time.
My 14 yr old daughter absolutely loves these shoes. She wanted a pair she could wear with anything, especially her go to black leggings. They came within a day or two of placing the order. Perfect fit, comfortable and stylish. Love,love,love these shoes.
