This website makes everything confusing. I thought I was getting my sneaker in a Men’s size. I ended up getting a kids size. I should have known the price was too good to be true. They need to make the website less confusing. It almost feels like they do it on purpose. Take your time ordering your items. Will never order from here again. Just go to a actual sneaker stores to play it safe

So I returned the first damaged pair and got money back and tried again to reorder hoping that things would be better this go round. They came today and when I saw the box I should’ve known it was going to be something up. Should be ashamed sending product out like this. Shoes are scuffed up. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. ATP I just want a refund and go somewhere else.

Ok so purchased online on Dec 15th for my nephew as a Xmas gift, they arrived today bright and early so I was super excited until I unboxed them. I’m guessing this is glue however I am really disappointed in how the shoe looks. Don’t get me wrong I love the 12s but I can’t believe somebody looked at these how they are and thought they were presentable like this enough to box and ship to a customer. I read so many good reviews that maybe I just got one of the bad set. Just returned and reordered and unfortunately now they will definitely not be here in time for Christmas and saying won’t arrive until beginning of next month which is an inconvenience. I pray that this go around things will go better because I am truly upset and can’t see myself ordering any more if ... Hibbets sent me dirty and worn shoes. They had pieces of grass on them and the Suede looked like a child kicked their feet together.l repeatedly. I was very upset. I had to purchase premium cleaner for $45 to make them look decent. Considering I spent almost $95 on children’s shoes themself I think having to clean them is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for help to rectify the issue and was provided with no resolution. I will NOT order with hibbets again.
I brought these for my baby and I must say these Jordan's is the perfect match for him because he can't damage them like any other shoe he has. I would recommend these Jordan's to anyone that has a kid under 10 that is hard on tennis shoes. I would definitely purchase shoes from Finish line again.
I'm so excited to receive the Jordan 12s for my child. Just in time for the first day of school. Seeing my child in the Jordan 12s will remind me of myself when I had a pair of Jordan twelve's. These shoes are perfect in every way 5 star shoes in my book.
I bought these nice looking jordans for my toddler since they’re known for their high quality and durability, and I was tired of buying her sneakers that broke easily and were uncomfortable, so I decided to invest a little more in a higher quality shoe, but today I was shocked when I saw how cheaply made they are, and she hasn’t had them not even a month! I wasn’t able to upload the pics, not sure why, but the bottom part of the heel, underneath the sneakers there’s a hole under each sneaker! Unbelievable.

I went to the store in Marlow Heights, but was told they could not do any exchanges because the store was bought buy snipes. They deferred me to the store in Rivertown or Woodmore. I went to Rivertown but there was a line outside the store and they were only letting a certain amount of people in the store at one time. So i went to Woodmore, where the staff were unorganized and rude. The manager was running around like a chicken with its head cut off, meanwhile there absolutely no urgency from the floor staff. I waited in line 3 times. Once the even brought out a box with one shoe missing and could not find the other one. Once i called them out on how they were operating, the ... The manager definitely needs to be trained better on getting his staff to be more productive instead of trying to handle things hisself. Instead of helping me with the exchange, the manager opted to give me my money back. Very disappointed! He also used that is was a holiday and that he was short staffed as an excuse for the chaos, but it was evident that the situation just wasn’t being well managed. I’ve been a customer for years, but after having to driving to 3 locations, to make what should have been a simple exchange, just to blown off by the store manager makes me not want to continue to shop with Jimmy Jazz or Snipes.
The whole experience has been terrible. The first pair of Jordans I received we worn, they were dirty & arrived with a used filthy dirty sock inside the shoe! The replacement pair they sent were defective, they were scratched up & had markings on them. It’s like they don’t even look at the shoes before they send them out. I’m appalled & disgusted to say the least.
We absolutely love these shoes! Ultimate quality and high fashion shoe for the whole family. Luxury in my opinion. Everyone loves Jordan and the looks gets better everytime. My son loves his shoes. While being autistic, it's hard for him to blossom but he loves to stay fresh. It brings out the model in him. Definitely a forever customer!
