Jimmy Jazz wow 1st time ordering from this company and your lost a customer on their 1st order. 1st of all I opted for 2 days shipping if Covid 19 is around and your can't honor that request don't offer and charge for that kind of shipment , didn't get my order for more than two weeks and when my son sneakers arrived on his birthday, I was so happy cause that's why I ordered it in the 1st place. When I opened the box 😩, it had only one shoes. You can only imagine how mad I was cause his outfit matched that shoes and had to create a whole different look. The company will not pick up phone calls nor respond to emails, don't even go to their companies on ground was told e-commerce is a totally different store from them.
