I was sold counterfeit sneakers. I had sneakers verified by nike and they agreed the shoes were counterfeit. Stock X did return my shoe and gave me my money back. I was unable to wear the shoes for an event I had which really disappointed me. I would have hoped I would have received a gift card or something for my troubles. I've purchased shoes before from stock x with no issue and I know the company is not perfect but I felt I should have received something from the company. Not sure I will purchase again from Stock x

You may buy from StockX with confidence. The Jorden Jordan 11 Retro DMP Gratitude (2023)were sold out two minutes after it launched. I found them on StockX and they are one of my favorite shoes. I have purchased from StockX several times before, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend StockX.Much kudos to StockX.-Jorge

Shoes came worn and creased. I paid for brand new deadstock. Unworn shoes. I dont care if the person wore them for 5min or all day long. Worn is worn. Not happy with my purchase at all. Will never buy here again. They offered me a refund of $30 what a joke. Spend the extra few dollars and by from GOAT or Stadium Goods.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! They are selling fake sneakers and won’t return or refund! The soles are yellow when they should be a clear color. Looks like when the clear soles age. Ive seen 20+ videos and reviews on fake vs. real all videos said these are fake. Do not buy unless you want the fake version they are pretending it’s real. For that, buy a knock off at a knock off price.

These shoes are "AWESOME"! I was told that the concords run a little tight so, I ordered a half size up. Because of this they were a little big but, I could still fill the tightness due to the narrowness at the toe. This will definitely not be an everyday for me so the break-in period will take some time. I also added an extra insole to take up some space. Haven't worn them out yet but, we'll see.

This is a quality, authentic Jordan Brand product. The overall process is a bit “slow” to my liking but that’s an easy “sacrifice” for getting something real versus something that is fake. The verification process is very transparent with the verifier’s being very detail-oriented. So, when a product doesn’t meet the StockX milestones, if you will, your money will be refunded and the item from that seller will be “scrapped”.

Neapolitan is so Sweeeet

Jordan 11's have always been and continue to be in my top 5 Jordans list! I went with the Neapolitan color way this year instead of the Gratitude because I like the new twist that still feels familiar. I'd highly recommend trying out Jordan 11s if your looking for a stylish and elevated fashion sneaker because the patent leather is always an eye cather. If the Gratitudes are like the Neapolitans than I am sure the Gratitudes are great quality and super comfortable!!

Shoes are wet and smells sour.

Ordered shoes Dec 26. Took 1 week to get confirmation and order number, therefore I couldnt recieve any information on order status or tracking. Seems as if the order was lost causing an suspicious alert on my credit card due to the extended pending time. Upon recieving my shoes today Jan 2, the box was over sized for my 5.5 shoes and looked tampered with. The sticker on side of box was cut off a different box and taped on the current box and the inside of the show are wet and smells sour.

They Steal

I ordered the AJ 11 Retro for my niece on December 11th 2023 in a mens size 8. Unfortunately I received a child’s 5c AJ 1. Customer support was no help. They apologized and told “me” to call around to local stores to see who has the correct shoe in stock. The order was shipped from a store in Alabaster Alabama. It’s mighty strange that the receipt and packing slip are for the shoes that I ordered but it’s a child’s shoe in a child’s box. It’s obvious that they are stealing. The sad part is that I haven’t been able to return them because when the sales associate scans them, it’s coming up as the child’s shoe price. The even sadder part is that these were a gift and the only gift my nephew asked for.
