After two weeks of buying it, there is still an bad smell. Usually the smell of new furniture is beautiful and I love it. But this I can not enter the room because of the smell. The windows are always open.I fear for my children from this smell, especially my son with asthma. He cannot yet sleep in his new bed yet. I have been disappointed. And all of this for a simple reason (the paint smells very bad). This time, I was not satisfied with the product, although all my home furnishings are from Fantastic furniture.

Good bunk bed overall. Kids love it. Paint a little unfinished/poor. Finish of slats a little poor - splinters, didn’t align with mounting holes.

Love this bunk…it is very tall. I can’t easily access the top bunk. Has what felt like a thousand screws but the instructions were easy to follow. My girls love their bunk!

Seems really good quality. Quite straight forward to put together. Was definitely easier to assemble with 2 people in such a small room. Daughter adores it and that's the main thing.
Solid white great vj groove at each end which you can’t see in our sized room but still a nice design feature . The ladder I think could benefit from another wrung close to the ground . Not easy for oldies to climb up ladder but ideal for kids if it had extra wrung ! Great price & bonus that it was not a laminated timber product ! Well done fantastic !!!!
Space savers, the beauty of these bunks is that they can freestanding as 2single beds or as bunks .We purchased 3sets of these and are more than happy with them we bought the black ones and they fit the decor. Our 31/2 year old grandson graduated from a cotbed to this and he absolutely loves his new bed along with his two big brothers and two sisters . We have looked for over a year to find a bunks like these they are sturdy easy to assemble and very reasonably price.Thanks Fantastic Furniture for a great product
Very high.Would like the choice of end to put the ladder. We got 2 sets. Ladder always ended up under a fan. Dangerous so we disabled the fan ...in this hot weather
We love this bunk bed, especially the fact it's taller built than many others in the market.Delivery was very punctual, it was helpful that the driver rang us 20 minutes before reaching here.Assembly took almost half a day, as we had to sand down all the slats, they had very rough surfaces and not safe for the kids to touch. Overall assembly was pretty straight forward, but it required 2 people.In the end we are very happy with our purchase, thank you.
We now have two set of these bunks for our Grandies and we are thrilled with the functionality, style, quality. The one with trundle is so good for twins because it isn’t too high off the ground and the 8 yr old brother loves to be on the top bunk but close to the others. We had to buy a thin mattress for top bunks but fully quilted singles for the lower. The white suits any decor and the safety rail is in the correct spot. Highly recommend but I did need support to put it together and lift. Fantastic put me onto a very good handyman.
I have purchased in the past and have been so impressed with the quality of the materials and workmanship of the Malaysian furniture. Store staff are so helpful without being pushy which is not always the case elsewhere. Prices are very competitive. However the purchase of double bunks left me gob smacked. On arrival so close to Xmas I was devastated to find they did not include the mattress's which consistently was displayed in all pics. No mention mattress's were not included. This presented major problems for me as it was so close to Xmas with expected guests and not able to afford costs for mattress's and further delivery costs I was devastated. Needless to say family had to sleep on camp beds and floor. This is the first time ever I have bought a bed that didn't include the mattress. As a pensioner it will be some time before I can afford mattress's and an extra cost of delivery. There is no fool like an old fool and I am coming to terms with that. No complaints about the quality as with other items I have purchased,it is first class. but I am disappointed with myself that I did not search elsewhere to find that all would have been included within a few dollars.Very disappointed with myself and your presentation on line.
