I really like Joseph Siebel footwear and was pleased when this style became available in my size, 7. Unfortunately I had to return the boots as they were a much tighter fit than all my previously purchased shoes, boots and sandals by this manufacturer. Also not long enough for me. Good quality boots but I would say they are a small fitting.I would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase these boots providing they can get a size to fit properly. I was unlucky!

Looking for a pair of ankle boots for work I came across these. Wasn't initially what I was thinking of yet decided to try them on. Wow I'm glad I did. They fit beautifully, fur lining to keep feet cosy, not too thick, so your feet don't feel cramped in your socks. They are waterproof, an added benefit for me as I walk in all weathers. I've worn them everyday, no rubbing of heels/toes.I bought the blue pair, they go well with black leggings as well as jeans. So glad I decided to try them on.

Amazing shoes! This is the third pair of Steffi 53 that I have bought. The previous pair, in navy, is 4 years old and still going strong.The second pair, in navy, is for "best".This pair are black.They all fit like a glove, and need no "bedding" in.Excellent value for money.If you want the best, then Josef Seibel is a company that I would highly recommend.
Brilliant! I already have a pair in brown/red .Service from Charles Clnkard was first class andmy order was dealt with on the telephone as Ihad a problem with my internet.I have dealt with Josef Seibel for some years andlove their products.
Tried display one on in store, unfortunately the other shoe fresh out of the box was a different colour. Assistant ordered a fresh pair to be delivered to my home. Slight difference in colour again but not so noticeable after spraying with protector. Size wise, I take 3.5 or 4. Needed size 4 in these. Very comfortable and warm.
Not my first pair! The last ones have lasted over 10 years! But look shabby now...these are so comfy..i walk miles as well as outdoor work and the fact they are fur lined(So warm) and waterproof (and they REALLY are) is why I bought them all those years ago..and have lovely new blue pair now....not that I've chucked the old ones! Timpsons just repaired part of sole for me!!
I bought these recently and have found after just a few weeks wear that they are not in fact waterproof, after a rainy dog walk I came home to a few wet areas on my socks. They are quite comfortable boots and reasonably warm but the main reason I wanted them was for wet weather, and I don't think they are suitable for this. They also have very thin laces and feel light which is perhaps a good thing but not really for winter wear, they are more like a soft leather baseball boot, and I found the soft backs made them difficult to get on my feet. Disappointed as I feel they are over priced for this.
Joseph Seibel are the only shoes that I can wear non stop from the first time of putting them on. I needed new boots for dog walking so thought I would try these. I could not believe it, yet again from trying them on for the first time the fit was perfect and I wore them the whole day in complete comfort! They're not clumpy, look slim and are a great summertime walking boot. Ideal for when there's early morning dew on the grass, or hot days when it's good to have a lighter weight boot. They just wipe clean with a damp rag.
I have had these boots for a year now and they are the best casual boots I have ever had! I got them for casual wear and for walking the dog. They are very comfortable even after spending practically the whole day wearing them. I do a lot of walking and they are supportive when I am walking in the glen, on the beach or just in town. After a year of wear, they still look good and the sole holds up well.They will keep your feet dry in a light shower but are not completely waterproof if you are out in heavy rain or long wet grass.
