I like the look and feel of the rack and the size is perfect for me. The spikes are a good system as they hold any shape item. However, the water doesn't drain off the board well, it pools and can prevent items from drying at the point of contact, sitting in a puddle. Need to manually tip it up to nearly 45° to get the water to run off properly. Needs a more hydrophobic finish and better drainage. But I still like it.

I wanted this to put in my sink but there is a tab that sticks out so it didn’t work. Since it’s so expensive it’s going back. Otherwise the workmanship is good, solid and seems to be sturdy.

I do not like clutter on my kitchen counter and for years have used those drying mats, however, they are in the wash more than on the sink counter and I was getting fed up with them.I then saw the Joseph Joseph duo expanding dish rack. I thought that would be perfect as I could condense it down to it's smallest size when not in use and put it under the sink in a cupboard. However, I did not expect to love this dish rack as much as I do and this is sitting on my counter top in full view every day. It is stylish and well made. It drains well, but does leave a little bit of standing water but I just tip it slightly and it runs away. Most of my dishes fit in but there are some that don't, but to be honest, it's not a problem. It's great when not in use I just put it back to it's small size and it looks fantastic.I love the stainless steel and the grey colour. I make sure I wipe the stainless steel after every use as I don't want to have any water marks on it.I would attach a couple of photos but I can't find anywhere to do that. I can see people have added them but I don't know how.

We wanted something other than a chromed wire basket. This fits the bill and looks to be better quality and more modern than a wire basket. It isn’t cheap - but we didn’t want cheap. Only time will tell if it performs well and long enough to prove value for money.
I like the expanding aspect, which is why I went with this one. I originally was going to purchase this model from William Sonoma but it was such a ridiculous price there. So far, I haven’t had any issues with draining water. I like that you can remove and readjust where the cup aspect is, to fit your needs.
Good compact and easy design which does not up too much space. Slides fairly easily. I had purchased the same design in green but it was plastic around the outside rather than stainless steel, and it did not slide well at all. This has no parts to go rusty and drains really easily so does not need the endless wiping down as our old drain rack used to do.Fantastic!!
Look good, good design. Works well, and creates lots of drying space when needed and slides to a smaller footprint when you’re finished. Spiky bits are solid, hold pots and pans etc well, and they themselves are easily cleaned. Would recommend.
We purchased this drying rack to compliment our new kitchen extension. My wife had previously purchased a cheap solution which spilled plates and other items along with water everywhere. This rack however is brilliant. It hold items well, contains and drains water effectively and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend it.
This stainless steel dish rack is wonderful!! It looks very well made, the dishes fit on it nicely, and everything dries great!! I definitely recommend this product!!
I could see in the pictures that when extended the drainer is rectangular but it's designed to sit left-right of the sink. My draining board is rectangular from front to back (if that makes sense) so O either don't extend it which makes it too small or if extended it sits half on, half off the draining board and so wobbles.
