I have bought this knife together other items, but only the knife has never arrived. There is no customer service team in Joseph as their number is not working and my enquiry email is still not answered. It might be a good knife but very bad customer experience

Very disappointed with this knife. The plastic handle started to break apart soon after we bought it. It started with a chip and is now breaking apart completely and is unsafe to use.We bought a few Joseph Joseph products for the inventive designs, but the materials used aren't durable.
After struggling with blunt knives for years icut my sponge in half cleaning this before the first use!It does exactly what it says and feels nice.
On the first use I was impressed with the cut, however after a few times it’s no longer as good as it was.I cook a lot and have lots of knives and usually they take a bit longer to loose the sharpness.It’s just disappointing, I’m glad I purchased this one on sale otherwise I would be very upset.
Very sharp and very good. I was going to get a chef’s knife but this does good job.

So sharp and excellent quality. Love the sheath that it comes with, allows you store in drawer safely. Also great to set down on the worktop without making a mess thanks to the little ledge bit.
