Keeps things neat, inside the sink so that work top is clear. Hanging rail isn't great because it's too small and takes too long to hang a cloth on it so it generally just gets left elsewhere. Biggest issue is that that all of the sucker cups have hardened up and no longer grip at all which basically makes the item trash. I can't find replacements either but after only about a year, I really shouldn't have to be looking for them.

Useless. Applied for a refund but no luck yet.Most sinks are stainless steel. Nowhere does it say this won’t work on stainless steel.Disappointed by the lack of customer service. They have a fake chat button!
Great little sink tidy. Easy to assemble and attach but importantly easy to removed and change position on sink if required. This is important as our first position didn’t work as well as where we have it now. I love it as now the sponges can dry out without smelling
I love this caddy. I no longer have to hang my cloth over the tap or sink and it actually dries as does my sponges. The only down fall is my dish brush doesnt fit in the compartment.

Replacement for a previous purchase in Italy, which lasted over 10 years.Have alway found Joseph Joseph product durable.
Not able to put anything heavy in it or it will tip. The suction cups that come with it don’t really do the job. I sit my hand/dish soap on the tab that hangs onto the bench and seems to be working well for me.
I have a composite granite sink and the suction cups don't hold. Consequently, the entire caddy falls off into the bottom of sink. The counter lip doesn't do anything to help the suction hold up. Maybe this works better on a porcelain sink. I haven't tried, but only my guess.
