Horrible product, even worse trying to get a refund for the horrid thing. The seller all 4 kids and my deal are beyond difficult to deal with.Im going to say they're simply scamming me out of the refund. Both companies put blame on each other.

Fantastic to deal with, although I had an issue with the pram, the customer service representative, Vanessa, was absolutely fantastic in rectified the problem. Would always shop again with them knowing their level of respect for the customer

The bassinet looks big but good though.
The pram itself is amazing, super quick delivery. But it would of been nice to get the accessories that were advertised with it

Pram looks amazing but theres hidden parts that arent great. Not to mention mine came broken, the handle to lift the bassinet is completely snapped off.
Great tee pee. Some times putting it together can Be hard as the poles don't slide in easily and they come apart at the joins (tight fit?). Otherwise good, might glue the poles together or get other poles with no join
