Obsessed!! Best probiotic!! I ordered my second bottle had to go a few days with out it and noticed a huge difference, now in auto ship and that won’t happen again!I will add in the debloat formula when I’m had a not so healthy meal or just feeling the extra water weight.

I wish I could give this product 10 stars. I have tried so many probiotics over the years including expensive ones and I could tell a difference with this product the first day. It usually takes a few months to feel results but this one started right away. It has helped me so much. I also take the skin+ digestion as well as the detox that I’ve been taking over a year now. I love the JS products and will continue to use.

I have been taking these for about 2.5 months now. I’m breastfeeding my almost 6 month old and since starting these I have been noticing a gradual change in my gut - it somehow feels happier. I have made other changes in addition to starting these to nourish my body as best as I can, but every aspect helps and all of my changes to feeding my good gut bacteria have started with having good gut bacteria from these capsules. I actually have IBS and my gut kills the healthy bacteria so I find these probiotics help me to feel a bit better and have less of the ‘flicking skipping rope’ feeling in my tummy. I am on a subscription for these and have no intention of ever stopping!

I have been using JS Health supplements for years and recommending them to others as they are very pure, effective, and natural. The probiotic is great, AM?PM, Immune, Skin and Digestion, and our all time fav Hair and Energy...which is a game changer. My husband's white thin hair has become very obviously much darker and much thicker. I am currently taking Doxycycline for genetic acne and my doctor recommended taking a probiotic during the treatment as taking these antibiotics for a long period of time caused a dramatic change in my gut microflora and gave me digestion issues and nausea. I have been taking these probiotics for 3 months now and I have noticed a massive improvement! I haven't experienced any stomach aches or poor digestion in so long, these capsules are really my saving grace!
I have been using these capsules for a month and they have been gentle on my stomach with no negative side effects at all. I've noticed some improvement in my digestive system. I'm on long-term antibiotics so hopefully these are undoing some of that harm in my gut. Great to have an easy to store formula I can take with me. Will definitely continue to use.
I started taking the probiotic+ at the same time as the Skin + Digestion supplement and have not been able to determine if the probiotic+ is working to its full extent due to the benefits from the Skin+Digestion, but the capsule is very easy to consume, there is no flavor, and the price point for a high quality probiotic is fantastic! I may have to try to take the two supplements separately in order to best determine their effects, but would recommend ANY JSHealth vitamins to anyone in the market looking for high quality, well priced supplement to add in their wellness routine!
Such a great product! Was taking a different pre/probiotic and it just wasn’t that great. I found JSH and decided to give these a go and my god! I am regular EVERY day (sometimes twice), and rarely any bloating! There’s been a couple times I’ve missed taking it and I’ve noticed the difference straight away!
Within 3 days I noticed a difference. I was so excited that I became regular, noticed less bloating and pain so quickly. One a day is enough but occasionally I take two if I’m not eating as well. I highly recommend these - definitely worth the money if you have any kind of gut issues. I am also taking the JS Health iron tablets with these and it is the first time I haven’t had extreme constipation on iron tablets.
Since having my daughter 14 months ago I have suffered from severe perioral dermatitis. I am still breastfeeding so have not been able to take antibiotics or certain other vitamins so thought I would give this a go. After taking this probiotic for the last 2 months it has almost completely gone.
