I wanted to rate this highly. I had such high hopes I purchased two conditioners but the scent and texture has been disappointing. Initially the scent was ok but after repeated use, for me it turned into a smell like my hair needs a wash and almost a bit off (I suspect it is one of the oils or a combination of the ingredients), a bit hard to describe but I am basically left with a conditioner I am trying to finish off so as not to waste.
I was on my second lot of JS Vitamins shampoo & conditioner, loving how clean it made my scalp & hair feel. With about 2 thirds of my most recent bottle of conditioner left, the smell completely changed & smelled very off. Storage conditions had not changed. Had to throw the bottle out as I couldn't stand the smell anymore. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if it was an ingredient in the formula, but it was a horrid stench. While it was a 1 out of 2 occurrence, I'm not going to be buying another lot.
I have used both the shampoo and conditioner. I really like them both, but as an older person my hands are not that strong and I find it difficult to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle. Perhaps this this something that can be looked into.
Reminds me of Aesop hair care, wish the bottles also came with a pump. Shampoo was alright but the conditioner was difficult to squeeze out. The inside is perfect, only took 1star off due to its packaging.
