Just got this after refusing to pay around $300 for any of the alternatives with their fancy remote controls. Easy to assemble, well made and strong and will be perfect for at the bbq and in the garage !!

I purchased two of these for a recent outside (undercover) event. The convenience of being able to plug them in and have instant heat was good. They gave out quite a bit of heat and I was impressed with the difference they made to the area. Running costs may be a downside if you want to use them for long periods of time but we have solar and for the occasional event they serve my purpose well. They are streamlined and take up less space than big lpg heaters so good for smaller spaces.

Best value for the price. Sturdy base, well built & easy to operate. Bring it indoor in the wet season, or cover head unit with black plastic when not in use.
Just fired up my new Jumbuck outdoor heater. Easy to assemble, great value and they’ve included stand and wall mount. Wasn’t quite as hot as anticipated, put a meter across it and it’s only drawing 1750w, not the advertised 2000w. Ill probably head back to the shop and buy second one to get the desired coverage on my deck.
Pros - Quite easy to setup, only takes 15-20mins - The height is adjustable - Heating has three levels and when on the highest level it is strong Cons - If you have the height set at the highest, the heater cord needs an extension cord to connect as the actual heater cord is very short unless the heater height is at the lowest level - The actual size of the heater itself (not the stand) is very small compared to what I was expecting. Unfortunately I was not impressed. Great for the two people directly in front of it. Beyond that e heat does not reach anyone. My patio gas heater is way better.
Brought this amazing unit a couple of days ago, for our outdoor area as it was costing so much in gas bottles, this unit heats area really well and we have even checked power usage as ever dollar counts now, hardly used anything and we spend a lot of time outside. We are actually going to get another one so when we open the whole area up everyone will be warm.
Early days but the heater has worked well. Even had it in an open space and the heat was felt by all that were within 5 metres of it. Worked even better under an awning structure.
It looks great and has adjustable height and tilting heater. Easy to set up. It is warm directly under it but 1m away is not. In hindsight, I think you need gas to be warm enough outside. Will be a excellent indoor heater
