Got invited to a mates place yesterday for a slow cooked roast boneless pork. He had this spit roaster. Took 3hrs and was dead set the best roat pork I've eaten. So good I'm going out to buy one of these next weekend. Can't believe the price too. Looking forward to many roasts to come

I bought this for my son-in-law. Having the adjustable height is great for different size roasts. Being battery operated means it is easily transportable and can be used anywhere. He loves it.

I actually bought the battery one by accident and I am very happy I did. Cooks great and great value. I recommend the battery one. Has great battery life and you aren’t restricted by needing extension leads or being close to a power point.
This is my second Jumbuck Novo spit roaster. The first one rusted through after 2 years of solid use. You’d be surprised how long the batteries last. Being a battery model means you aren’t restricted to where you put it. This spit roaster is great value for money

I like the size of th spit roaster, as it's perfect for roasting chicken.The only down side is if there is any wind, the charcoal ashes go everywhere.
For the price, this unit does exactly what it states. Works well for spit roasting and just cooking over fire. The brackets holding the spot may need some adjusting once put together. Overall, I would definitely recommend this if you want something for small cook ups and cheap.
