I bought this yesterday to spend the last weekend with our dog around a fire, as she loves fire. She's 18 and going to doggy heaven on Tues. I reviewed pits thoroughly and chose this as it looked nice, was a little higher off the ground, had a mesh cover and a large bowl with a hole in the bottom to let rain water out (not that I'm leaving it outside).I put it together in 10 mins. I could do this alone; screws and tool included and it's not heavy. I lit the kindling with a fire starter. It got going brilliantly! Then I added wood and had a wonderful fire for Maddie and me. I bought this firepit in 2018 and left it out for a couple of seasons. The firepit overall is good, but wont hold up against weather conditions for more than a year or two.My firepit rusted all the way through and the bottom fell off. If you are considering buying this, make sure you buy a firepit cover or put it away during rain

Light weight (but not too light) and easy to assemble, and dissemble for cleaning/tipping out ash. Nice and open which accommodates for longer sticks. The poker could be longer and better, but it does the job usually.
Look I may be a bit harsh and at the price it is a fair. The metal for the bowl is I think too light but that said it works and everything else from the hood to the legs are seriously strong. It is good for the occasional use may and aesthetics wise looks good. Seriously easy to put together
Easy to assemble and comes with a grate and hook tool. The design is user friendly and really like the hook tool to take off the mesh lid when hot. Would recommend as this was the first time purchase of an outdoor firepit. The mesh lid helps to keep everything contained and limits any ash blowing around. There is also a wing nut screw for the base so when not in use, remove so it doesn’t fill with water if it rains.
I bought this the other day for a small gathering. Didnt want to spend too much, so I chose this. I was a bit skeptical at first as it is pretty small and not too steep, however it was amazing! Amazing for the price, quick to set up and easily kept 10 people warm in 8 degree weather. Was the first time creating a bonfire and it was super easy! I loved it. Will definitely use it often.
Expected this to be flimsy due to the price, but very happy with it. Radiates heat nicely and looks good.JUST BE AWARE: Awful fumes are released the first time it gets really hot. If you are planning to entertain friends, make sure you have used it once or twice to let it get hot and off-gas.
So happy with this purchase. Kept us warm outdoors and perfect for roasting marshmallows with kids.
A few reviews comment on rusting. Seriously, what do you expect if left out in the elements for long periods? Slow down rusting by also purchasing a gas space heater cover (also available from Bunnings in the BBQ section). With a 90cm round diameter they fit nicely over the fire pit and not only protect from the elements, the padded fabric also saves little fingers on any sharp edges.
