This is the best rotisserie ever! I got it for my partner for Father’s Day and we have used it every week since! We have cooked lamb and pork multiple times and it cooks the meat perfectly.

This is a great little spit roaster that achieves fantastic results. I have successfully cooked multiple joints of beef, lamb and pork over the past few weeks and its been sensational. I've used it to cook a roast pork or lamb to easily feed up to 8 adults and a couple of kids. The most important thing with any spit roast is to get the fire/ coals right and therefore the temperature. Its really important to use good quality lump charcoal - it really makes a huge difference as the good quality charcoal burns longer and seems to retain its heat longer. Good value and simple to use.I would suggest the vertical rotisserie supports not be permanently attached. Rather they could slide and fasten in so they can be removed when only using the grill. Would help for storage and other uses.
Great sized spit. More room on the rod than originally thought. Perfect for large family meals. The rotator is surprisingly strong and the balancer weight makes it perfect for even cooking as the rotator spins around.
Great little spit, easy to use. Cooked 4 times with it so far. 1x 1.5kg pork and 3 x 2kgs of beef. All turned out great. Used heat beads as fuel each time. Chimney starter is essential.
I picked this little beauty up today during lockdown. The ordering and pickup were really well executed.I had no idea what I was doing, and it came out soooo good. It was easy to assemble. Make sure you have a chimney for starting your charcoal. I have one from my pizza oven and its essential to get to coals really firing.I know I'm going to have a lot of fun using this little ripper.
I brought this within a month and have found that it is easy to set up and is very good BUT seems the rotisserie part is flimsy and when rotating we are having to keep putting the wire pole back into the device that spins. very annoying we have tried 2 chickens both did the same, we also did a a small ham and also did the same. it seems like a great product but i dont no why we are having to always put the rod back in when spinning it is not strong enough.
Purchased start of 2021 after seeing what a mate was caplable of producing on his. So many options for add-ons/additions. Bullet proof motors whether 240 or battery. Great centre/talking point when gatherings are allowed (covid). Absolutely love it and dirt cheap.
We love it. It's rated to be able to roast up to 10 kilos, but we haven't done over 5 on it. You can BBQ on it as well, and it doubles as a fire pit once the spit is done :-) Great value for the price. If there was a down side, keep it out of the weather. If you don't look after it it will show signs of rust quickly. We've used it every weekend for the past month.
