I have very oily skin and because of this I have been through so many cleansers. This cleanser is a game changer. It controls the oil without stripping it all, leaving you skin feeling so fresh and rejuvenated! I highly recommend it if you're having troubles with your oily skin!

I've been using Jurlique for over 15 years (since the blue & white packaging) & am so disappointed I can no longer buy the Balancing Face wash. I tried this one instead but it doesnt even compare. The smell is so strong it makes me sick & it doesnt clean nearly as well as the old product. Please stop changing your formulas!!! I used to get so many comments about my skin - not one since using this wash. If you change the Balancing Day Cream I dont think I'll cope.

Been using Jurlique for over 10 years. Tried this to replace the balancing foaming cleanser and very disappointed. Skin is stripped of moisture and dry as parchment after use - be prepared to apply copious amounts of moisturiser!It's not always necessary to reformulate your products when your old ones are extremely effective and loved by your customers - bring back the old range! Will be looking for a new face cleanser and hoping they do not reformulate any other products...

I have been a very loyal Jurlique customer for well over 20 years. I am struggling to find Jurlique products that suit my skin since the recent changes. This cleanser strips my skin of moisture and leaves it dry and uncomfortably tight. I have been using Jurlique's Clarifying Deep Cleansing Gel (discontinued) and have loved the way it gently cleans my skin. It also smells great. Last year I had stocked up on several discontinued Jurlique skin care lines (all of my skin care is Jurlique) and now have either run out or had to discard unused products that have expired. I am fumbling through a range of new Jurlique skin care purchases that do not satisfy my needs. I went into a store to purchase this. It was end of November 2020 and I looked at the expiration and it said March 2021. There is no way this product would be used by then and from experience, Jurlique products do go off past the use by date. The store assistants were not much help, so I ordered it online instead and thankfully date exp 2022.This is more a review on the old stock Myer had on the shelves, staff unwilling to help.... but the product itself is great. However, for the most part, the products themselves have remained the same, and I can still find my favourites. This cleanser, which was sold to me as a replacement for the Rebalancing Foaming Cleanser, is not an adequate replacement. Far from having a rebalancing effect, it actually strips the skin of it's natural oils and leaves it feeling tight an dry. This product also causes contact dermatitis on my hands; a clear sign that it has a stripping effect on the skin's natural acid mantle layer. I have been using the Revitalising Cleansing Gel for well over a decade. As a man, I am proud to use Jurlique. The quality is incredible and this product in particular is amazing for my sensitive skin.
I have been using jurlique for all my skin care for at least 15 years and have never had an issue with any product previously. However, all these latest formulations are not working for my for skin at all. The revitalising cleansing gel strips my skin of all moisture and has left me with itchy dry patches on my forehead, upper lip, eye lids and under my eyes. I have discontinued and restarted the cleanser twice to confirm this is the product causing me strife. I am so disappointed in the recent product changes that I am unlikely to purchase jurlique again.
I have oily skin and purchased this product directly from the store in SA after it was advised being suitable for oily skin. After a few days of using tender dry patches have been appearing around my cheeks and nose. The skin looks like its almost peeling off. Very disappointed as it isnt a cheap product
