I have all the Just Dance’s that WII has put out. They are so much fun to play. I love dancing and they music is top hits from today and the past. Their are many times of dance like country, hiphop, reggae, pop and more. I love to play with my daughter and sister we take turns and its a great way to burn some calories too. My dad who doesn’t play the game with us still has fun watching all of us play. Not as much fun as the Wii or Xbox but still good

This game is basically useless without TWO things. You can NOT use it without the Kinnect device OR downloading the app to play. Also, it only has a handful of songs unless you purchase more. I bought this for my daughter for her bday and the had to track down the no longer manufactured Kinnect device just so she could play it. She's 8, so she doesn't have a phone for the app. So on top of the $30 game, it required the Kinnect which we managed to get gifted. Oh and the Kinnect needs an adapter to plug into the Xbox. That was $35 itself. Good times.

Definitely for older teens and young adults!

This game is for older teens and young adults due to the songs and choreography on this version. There are only a couple of songs that I would allow a child younger that 13 or 14 to listen to, so don't buy this if you want the kids to play. The choreography is very upbeat compared to older versions, and it is also more difficult. If you are used to the earlier versions with slower choreography, this may not be your cup of tea. I like the onstage feature where you can plug up a microphone and sing along for extra points. I also like the battle feature and being able to dance along with other players from around the world to earn stars for the community goal. Overall, this is a great game for the older teens and young adults to have a fun time!

Family fun - but it wants you to pay
15 December 2018

Looked around for system options for the best way to play Just Dance. I opted for the xbox one version as it is still Kinect enabled meaning up to 6 people can play without needing an extra controller. This is a plus. The con is the same across all platforms. ..they want you to sign up for their subscription. The song list on disk is fairly limited and the only way to get more songs is to sign up for their unlimited service. So it's just one more monthly fee that families shell out.My family will vote with our wallet and play the on disk songs until we can't stand it anymore!

Huge Pay Block
30 December 2018

When we buy something we expect to only pay for it once. This game not only expects you to pay twice, but requires the buyer to continue to pay for a subscription or lose the vast majority of the songs. We bought this game expecting a good variety of songs that the whole family would enjoy. What we found was very little variety at all, and a huge subscription-lock on most of the songs we were looking forward to. We are bombarded with messages telling us to purchase a subscription and constantly shown the songs that we can’t play, making the family even more unhappy with this game. The subscription is $25 for just a year of play, more than the game itself cost at the time of our purchase. Before purchasing this game we had played Just Dance 4 for years and greatly enjoyed it, both the wide variety of genres and the process of unlocking more and more free songs. If any extra songs were purchased they were ours for good, no risk of losing them, so we were expecting a similar element alongside the optional subscription. Not so. The only way to play the song you want is to pay for them all, again and again.

Lots of fun
1 December 2018

Just like the other Just Dance games that came before it, Just Dance 2019 is incredibly fun to play, especially when you're facing off against other players.I initially bought this mainly due to the inclusion of Blackpink's DDU-DU-DDU-DU, but it's even been great dancing to songs I had never heard of before. It also includes a free trial of Just Dance Unlimited, allowing you to access hundreds of songs that are not included in the game. The great thing about this is that you can buy it for only a day if you don't play often, or for a whole year if you like to dance to these songs regularly. It's a quality product and lots of fun, would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those who have others to play with, although playing solo and comparing your score ... MoreJust like the other Just Dance games that came before it, Just Dance 2019 is incredibly fun to play, especially when you're facing off against other players.I initially bought this mainly due to the inclusion of Blackpink's DDU-DU-DDU-DU, but it's even been great dancing to songs I had never heard of before. It also includes a free trial of Just Dance Unlimited, allowing you to access hundreds of songs that are not included in the game. Nothing exciting this time
3 January 2019

I've played every main series Just Dance since its inception. Every Just Dance usually has a 50/50 split of good dances and boring ones - the latter are solely inserted to appeal to modern music fans, hence the lack of effort in making good dances for said songs. This is the first game in 10 years I have been legitimately disappointed by. Not even a third of the game I'm impressed by. Perhaps a quarter of the game is actually fun, which is immensely upsetting.Far too many pop songs and foreign songs that don't work well as a dance litter this game. In fact, I only knew ONE song from this game. Not to say I didn't like any of the new ones, but appealing to a wider audience with older songs (there's still PLENTY to choose from, they haven't run out) would amp up ... MoreI've played every main series Just Dance since its inception. As it stands, this is the worst Just Dance since the original. If you want to play games in this series, any even numbered Just Dance is worth your time. Odd numbered games are fine but are the worse games. For reference, 2, 4, 2014, 2016 and 2018 are worth playing. If my theory holds true for the future, next year's title will be far better. Until then, I would save your money for a better game.

Rayman Origins
13 October 2018

I have never played any of the older Rayman games but after playing this one I have to. This game is awesome and it gives you the feel of those old classic games like Mario and Donkey Kong. I'm not familiar with the characters so I'm not really sure what the story is about outside of Rayman and his friends being too noisy for the people who look like zombies and they want to attack Rayman and his friends, that's what I understand so far and that they get captured and have to escape. The gameplay is great, so far what I get of the story it is great, the animation/graphics are great. This is a fun game. If you have not played this game then I recommend you do. This game is Gametastic

Teenagers and Adults love it!
19 June 2019

We have game nights with the teenagers. This is a game that we can all play together.I like that I do not need the Connect system to play this game.Load the app on your phone and join it to the game.Use your device as the controller for the game.Great idea!Just wish they would allow you to play all of the songs that I own on previous versions with this one. They need to figure out the licensing to allow the use of all of the songs you own on your various versions of Just Dance.

The bar keeps getting lower.
3 March 2014

We got JD2014 because the previous one wouldn't allow us to pick which songs to use for the workout mode, but this one does. From there, it goes downhill for me. I took one star off because there's no instructions on how to change users, and we're pressed every button there is in the Wii controller, and noting has worked. So it makes tracking progress useless at this point. I'm taking another two stars off because of the content. This is definitely not an E rated game. This one continues where the previous one left off with male dancers with clear feminine connotations. I wasn't familiar with many of the artist, but I refuse to believe that of all the songs that are available, the only ones that made the cut for the producers of this this game were ones that focus ... MoreWe got JD2014 because the previous one wouldn't allow us to pick which songs to use for the workout mode, but this one does. This one continues where the previous one left off with male dancers with clear feminine connotations. I wasn't familiar with many of the artist, but I refuse to believe that of all the songs that are available, the only ones that made the cut for the producers of this this game were ones that focus on woman with low self-worth. A lot of the songs have women suggestively dancing, and/or lyrics where woman are basically saying I want to have sex with no commitment (there's a name for that type of woman). Then you have male artist whose songs encourage the same misguided, bottom-of-the-barrel behavior. Many of the songs are directly sexual, or they have an explicit sexual meaning. There's direct or indirect mention of illegal, in most states, drug use. For some, this is o.k., but if you are purchasing this game as something you can enjoy with your kids, or you are a responsible adult, you might want to think twice about this one, because you'll probably be doing more explaining than dancing.
