Ah, the original of this series of dance games. I'm giving it a 4 because it's actually really fun when you have other people with you but in reality the dance moves are terrible and no one really dances like that. It's much better on the Kinect for Xbox since you don't have to hold an awkward remote. It's more of a game for fun and exercise, not for teaching dance moves. That being said, I love it for a good workout even if I look ridiculous. I also like that there is a warm-up mode to help you get started.

I have all the Just Dance’s that WII has put out. They are so much fun to play. I love dancing and they music is top hits from today and the past. Their are many times of dance like country, hiphop, reggae, pop and more. I love to play with my daughter and sister we take turns and its a great way to burn some calories too. My dad who doesn’t play the game with us still has fun watching all of us play.

Out of all the games for the wii I love any thing which involves dance as it so much fun copying the movements of the tv to the music, most of the songs are well known too which is even better as you can sing along. There great for working out too and sure burn of some calories. It may only be dancing but you easily work up a sweat. There are different levels too.

Amazing game! Came with case and booklet!

I 100% Recommed this Product! It's aboslutely amazing! However, the songs are quite outdated and I could identify about 50% of them. Graphics are not great but probably good for its time. The controlls are really easy to navigate which is great! Came with the disc case and booklet which I thought to be an amazing touch for an extremely cheap price! Amazing game, really cheap, shouldn't be that cheap, would buy again.

Forget mats, forget add-ons, even forget buying extra Nunchuks, Just Dance uses a Wii Remote for each player and that’s pretty much it. The game shows you an on screen silhouette of a dancer, with the up-coming next move along the bottom of the screen, a bit like a dance mat game showing you which arrow is coming next. Probably the most important thing about any dancing game is the track listing. Just Dance goes for an eclectic mix of songs to suit almost all tastes. Madonna? Check, Kylie? Check, Blur? Check. It’s a good selection with the only issue being that you won’t find a download store on this game, what you get on the disc is what you’re stuck with (which leads me to believe there may well be a sequel in the works already). Other than the 2 covers the rest are all by original artists and even the covers aren’t bad. You’d think the basic design, occasional lack of response from the Wii Remote and no downloadable songs would prevent Just Dance getting very far, but a quick play will tell you that Ubisoft have unleashed a monster. Throw away that balance board (unless Ubisoft decide to use it for the inevitable sequel), this game is fun and will keep you fit at the same time. If you own a Wii and like dancing just go and buy it, hell, even if you don’t like dancing this game may well get you to move your feet to the beat. In short, aside from the annoying issues which mark the score down, Just Dance is just brilliant, now excuse me while I go and practice my Cotton Eye Joe dance again…

Great workout with your kids

My kids bought this for me for my birthday and I bought a second copy as a gift for my sister in law. We dance almost every day. My 2 year old daughter begs to dance and my 4, and 9 year old boys love it to. It wears them out while giving me a chance to exercise with them. I get a real cardio burn from this which surprised me. I thought it would just be fun but it is as good as high/low impact aerobics in getting your heart rate up. As for the "game" it is a lot of fun and even if you can't do the moves "just dance" and have a good time. I would argue that mild s&xual and g@y and lesbi@n content is probably more PG13 and I am not pleased about having to explain some of the songs and their meaning. This complaint has kept me from suggesting it to others with kids who can read and repeat lyrics but are too young for a talk. It is E10 for a reason, and I have the same complaint with Rockband which we also love to play as a family.Seeing how great this is for the whole family I hope they come up with a kid's version with spongebob songs, wiggles, imagination movers and others that would be more child friendly or at least songs that are E for everyone.

Great game! Lots of variety in the songs in difficulty and effort levels. So much fun, familiar songs and great beats to get down to. Recommend for a good time to get your groove on!
