This is the third leave in spray I've purchased from Sephora in the past month, and if you look at my reviews you will send the other two brands that I purchased. This leave in is really good on five hair such as my own. It thickens my hair but doesn't leave a heavy residue or sticky after effect which I definitely appreciate. I use this on damp hair out if the shower before I air dry, and also use on dry hair that needs a little pick me up during the day. Works great to remove tangles easily after washing. Has a very light, pleasant smell that isn't overbearing. The only issue I have with this is the sprayer. It doesn't spray an even mist. It will spray out thick globs at times that I then need to distribute evenly through my hair using my hands.

Decent Product, Horrible Packaging!

This leave-in conditioner is good enough. It's not mine blowing or life altering but it does the job just fine. It smells delightful, like that typical yummy hair salon smell, and it helps detangle smaller knots.This packaging, though? AWFUL. The nozzle is so unreliable. I don't know if the product is too thick for the nozzle or what the deal is but half the time it sprays and half the time it doesn't. Sometimes you'll even get a nice little spurt that only hangs out in one spot and you have to distribute it with your hands. When the nozzle does work with the product, the mist is nice and it sprays evenly. Buuuut, like I said, that's only about half the time.All in all, the product is fine, not amazing, and the packaging is awful. I'd recommend saving your money.

Dumbfounded but this actually works!

I genuinely thought that the reviews were too good to be true. I have wavy hair and have tried all sorts of treatments, leave-ins, styling aids and nothing has either worked or lasted. I did try the Sol de Janerio leave-in, but while it was lovely (smelled delicious) and nourishing, it was just too heavy and claggy. I also found it difficult to refresh the waves with it on day 2-3 after the first wash, because of the build up. Not so with this - ridiculously soft, non-frizzy beachy waves. I’m a total skeptic and cynic when it comes to hair care for curly, wavy or textured hair, because it can be so hit and miss. This is very moisturising, but not gloopy or sticky in any way. I regret not going for the full size!

JVN has to be my favourite haircare line at the moment and nothing in the range has dissapointed me ever. This mist is no exception. I got the travel size confusing this with the styling milk but I'm glad I did!I used this on towel dried hair before blowdrying my hair straight. Firstly it worked magic since I only used shampoo that day and it made it easier to comb through my hair which otherwise is so hard without breaking do many hair then I loved the shine it gave. The scent is my favourite think about the JVN products. I hate using serums that smell awfull or are overfragranced with floral musky perfume. This one is a soft citrus.I regret not going for the full size but on my wishlist for next year !

Not as great as I hoped

Not for long, fine, dense hair

I had high hopes for this but it just didn't work for me, though it would probably be very nice for someone looking for a fairly lightweight leave-in solution. I have straight, extremely long (past my butt), extremely fine (each strand is very thin and delicate), extremely dense (a LOT of it) hair, and I wash it every 4-5 days or so because it's so delicate. I was looking for something that could help protect, detangle, and keep in moisture between washes. This felt very nice for the first two days, my hair was soft and kept moisture nicely. On day 3, however, I found my ends would start to stick together and tangle, causing breakage when I tried to brush my hair out. If you have mid-back or shorter hair, less thicker hair, or wash every 2-3 days, this might be a perfect solution. I don't see it working for extremely coarse or dry hair, because it is lightweight compared to most leave-in conditioners.

Not great for my hair

Firstly my bottle of this is not a mist it sprays out in clumps it’s quite a thick cream and needs to be sprayed onto hands first to distribute throughout the hair otherwise it’s thick lumps here and there that don’t brush in evenly. For me this works slightly better on damp hair but it’s not enough hydration to replace a hair oil or leave in conditioner. My hair is extremely dry currently and on day two hair I normally use an oil, or serum to refresh it. I tried using this and had to add a detangler as it just didn’t hydrate enough or detangle my ends. It is lightweight and I really like the scent it’s a fresh almost citrus fragrance, and that it has heat protection. Soft and silky

I used this product during my blow dry and was not disappointed. I used how JVN advised on one of his recent blow out YouTube videos. For the camper I put in my hair after I showered and applied my instant recovery serum. I added conditioning mist if I felt the hair was dry during my blowout. I thought I would need to use the shine serum at the end of my blowout like the blowout video suggested but it was completely unnecessary! I am so grateful to have products that not only work great for my hair but made for my hair! Just to clarify my hair texture because there was not an accurate option for me to select…my hair strands are fine but there are course as well. My scalp is only dry in the winter. Otherwise it is normal. All of JVN products are curated well so a little goes a long way for me.

Works for the Whole Family

This is the leave-in conditioner I've been waiting for. It works for my young daughters to detangle their hair and make it nice and smooth and easy to get a brush through. I barely have to use any product on them for it to work. Both of them have mostly straight hair, with a hint of wave. I think they appreciate that it has a gentle, soft smell, nothing overwhelming or overly perfumy. It also works for me, and I have 2c/3a waves/curls that crave as much moisture as I can throw at them. I had previously tried the JVN air dry cream, which worked at the outset but after awhile started to dry out my hair. Tried the JVN mousse, also terribly drying. This however, is perfect.
