I bought this product after wanting one for months, unfortunately it came without the liquid which it is meant to come with. I possibly got unlucky and relieved returned item as the velcro came attached to the attachment. I assumed it would be separate, and the softness of the fluff just didn't look new. It was also 100% charged so alarm bells started ringing at the point. Everything was put back into the box as it came and unused by myself. Will be returning and order a new one, as I said hopefully I just got unlucky this one time

The machine whilst it works is great but when the battery fails the machine is scrap as the battery is not replaceable.I brought this originally for a birthday present but the machine that I had from sept 2019 broke down due to battery failure I have had to use the new one. So after 2 1/5 years it has cost me £20.00 per year and then scrapped. Not Toolstations fault but Karcher's. So I shall definitely will not be purchasing any other Karcher product.

We had the original vac, it's still going albeit with the odd growl from the motor, so we bought another as we have a lot of windows. This V2 has failed spectacukarky. It was out of warranty so I took it to bits. The battery has leaked over the circuit board. No sign of water ingress, the way they've sealed it looks pretty good, just a faulty battery. I won't be risking my hard earned again. When the old one dies, that's that.

Excellent product! We were refitting secondary glazing that had been stored for several years & the fitters turned up sooner than expected! Panic! However the window vac worked brilliantly & the 30+ panels (both sides & interior windows) were cleaned & sparkling on 1 charge (+small top up during tea break).Only caveat, we found the microfibre attachment leaked when turned horizontally so reverted to wet cloths but that was a minor annoyance.
Brought the old WV a four years ago.This get used ever single day cleaning the shower door walls and shower base.Never let me down once.When the suction gets a bit low I just take the blade apart wash it out with soap water and put it back together and it’s off as good as new.The plastic connector came off the end but I can still charge it.If you contemplating in buying one of there ,then don’t hestitate.Will I invest in a new one well yes I will.No I am not indorse by Karcher just letting folks know what a good product this is.
Very happy with this device, i was in two minds whether to buy one or not, but so glad i did very happy. I bought the smaller head as i struggled with the one that came with it on my windows. I wanted it for the condensation that this weather causes in the morning on our windows. Very good little tool and last quite a while before needing a recharge. You have to get used to the on/off button but fine when you do. Would certainly recommend.
Really pleased with my Karcher WV2 Plus, especially at a reduced price (thanks to MS Expert tip off!). I've wanted one for a while and it hasn't disappointed. It's easy to use and the results are good as long as you take your time and remember the edges! Great for mirrors and the shower screen too, though I don't bother with everyday usage for the latter. The WV2 Plus comes apart easily for cleaning. Overall, very happy with it.

It leaks when moved at an angle, which if you are cleaning windows it's something you will do.Also the lower rubber edging on the suction nozzle is jagged in design which sometimes leaves streak's. The basic functionality is good. The design detail is extremely poor:1. The water container is hopelessly small. It appears to be adequate until you look at the maximum level2. The water container is hard to empty3. The charger is not marked clearly as for the device4. The charger is proprietary. It should now be USB-C. Which it easily could be if any design attention had been implemented5. The head is too large for small windows. Not smaller alternative bit of plastic is provided. Rather like getting a vaccum cleaner without the attachments.

It did a great job and I always enjoy seeing how dirty the collected water is. I forgot about it again until yesterday when I did the downstair window insides. They today I started on the rest. Five panes in it started making a buzzing sound in the motor area and then cut out with the green charging light flashing. It let me switch it on again and the buzzing got louder and it stopped working again. Other people complain in these reviews about motor noises and cutting out...I reckon this is it. Now, this is a simple machine to take apart (and mine is years out of warranty) - the black base cover clips off; a handful of Torx 10 screws separates the two halves, and the switch, motor and suction tube assembly come out in one piece. Take off the impeller cover (two clips at the fat end of the suction tube unit). The fault lies in how the impeller is positioned on the motor shaft. Looking inside the impeller cover showed that the fins had been rubbing against the inside of he cover and when the motor finds it's up against resistance it cuts out to stop itself burning out. If you push the impeller too far onto the shaft it fouls on the motor housing and stops after a second or two, too high on the shaft it fouls on the impeller cover again. Trial and error (doesn't take long) to adjusting the impeller on the shaft sorts it out. Don't know how long for, because it seems the impeller is likely to vibrate itself out of position again. Maybe I'll clean the spindle and the hole and add a bit of thread lock. I reckon it's a design fault, but one that can be remedied with 10 minutes attention if you're out of warranty or don't care.
