I was doubtful when I first saw this and never bought it because it seemed pointless…. Big mistake.My wife suggested I got it to wash down the dogs after a walk, so I decided to try it out.What a versatile little machine this is… I use it to wash down my boots, the dogs, my bikes and even the foot tread of the van to stop it getting excessively dirty.I even use it do all kinds of other little jobs, even cleaning inside my shower cubicle at home and use it as a little camping shower.I’ll never be without one of these… if it breaks I’ll happily buy another to replace it.You won’t regret buying this!

Removed mud and dust easily before packing away.Does have a small reservoir but plenty of water for two sets of muddy boots or two bikes. I very rarely leave reviews for anything I buy as I find that quite often I'll be swayed by the reviews only to be disappointed when it's not as good as the review says. However on this occasion I have made an exception. We have 2 dogs one is a 4 year old dog we rescued from Corfu - he is absolutely terrified of being washed and living in a rural village our walks are across muddy fields every day and twice a day. Each time he was petrified of being cleaned up after the walk it was an ordeal we tried everything. Finally we landed on this and whilst he doesn't "love" it he tolerates it really well and will get on the bench himself to get cleaned, we actually think he likes ... We do use (against manufacturer's recommendations but so far so good) warm water and a touch of organic low lather washing up liquid and hey presto super clean dogs and super clean boots too. It is a life-saver for us and would highly recommend it. I did buy the nozzle specifically for dog washing but I didn't think it was as good as the original nozzle which comes with it. If you're using it for dog cleaning take your time and condition/desensitise your dog to it make it a positive experience and you won't look back !!

One month in and now wondering how we ever managed without it. We put this in the car when taking the dog for a walk and clean him before outing him in the boot. As a result we have far less mess in the car, which saves of cleaning cost, the dog smells better and we need to bath him less often.To begin with he was a little nervous of the sound but now he stands unrestrained and appears to like it. We didn’t need to buy any other accessories and I do not find the jet over powered. It does appear to tickle is paws when you spay his pads and between his clews. Any less powerful and I do not suppose it would clean as effectively.I have never yet run out of battery and we simply charge it in the house after every outing. We're on our third OC3 in the last couple of years. The motor on the first failed after a year or so, but we had left it on charge for long periods so likely our fault. The second failed after a few months and we only ever charged it on a timer, to avoid the same issue. Karcher refused to replace it, so we were left without it for a few weeks while they repaired it. We've now bought a third, expecting similarly poor reliability and customer service. They're great little units, and worth having two, with the 2-year warranty, to ensure at least 1 is working!
Bought to wash mountain bike, dog, boots, etc prior to getting in car. Does these tasks perfectly. The pressure is just right for removing mud and not so powerful as to hurt on the skin.Good quality and compact. The hose stores easily and neatly.Water tank is only 4 litres and with a 2 litre per minute flow rate the water runs out in 2 minutes of continuous use. I knew this when I bought it so no surprise. I just carry a spare 10 litre water container. Battery easily outlasted the 10 minute usage I've given it.Overall, very pleased with it so far.

I can now wash the bike after every dirty use BEFORE putting it in the van, then not only do I wash the mud off at the event rather than all over my drive, i also don't have to clean the van out of mud when I get home!The brush attachment is simple and easy to attach, just click and turn and then water comes through the brush as you wipe, perfect for getting the worst of the mud off, especially good on tyres. If you clean the mud off straight away, you really don't need cleaner (although you get cleaner and a spray head in the pack too). of course you need to fill it up with water ... Really impressed with this product. Easily clean my bike, boots, boat,metal detector, clothing etc. Pressure is just about right for a low pressure portable device. Small, light , well made with very useful handle makes it so reliable during each trip. With an extra water container and additional suction hose I can easily use it as portable shower as well. Well done Karcher.
I purchased this item a month ago, and it’s a really useful item to have around the house especially when your cleaning your cycles and around the shower room, this week I’m taking it to the cemetery to clean the gravestone at the weekend, should be very useful there.The battery life is good, and the water capacity is enough for quick uses. It’s not too powerful to use on cycles and pets.I recommend it as a general household item.
I've used the OC3 several times per week for the last two months to clean my bike after each road ride. I chose this product over other battery operated pressure washers because of the speed with which it could be set up for use as the hose and sprayer is permanently attached. I also really liked the lower pressure and coiled hose. The 4 litre water reservoir is plenty enough to quickly rinse the bike of mud spatters and road salt. For a road bike (which is not generally covered in thickmud), this washer is perfect! Fast, easy to set up for use and perfect pressure for gentle cleaning.
