It address my main hair concerns, which are dryness, damage, frizz and split ends. I have highlighted, dry, damaged, heat styled hair. I love that this has heat protection and up to 24 hour frizz control. 💛 Typically my hair can be a wild mess. I have naturally 2c-3a, coarse frizzy hair, that has been bleached and had a keratin treatment. So my hair has been pretty damaged. Typically I have to use many products to get the desired sleekness I like. 💛 K-18 Biomimetic Molecular Hair Oil is a complete game changer, I literally just need this to style my hair! My hair is shiny, frizz free, doesn’t feel dry or damaged, my split ends are improving and my hair looks and feels so much healthier. I’m definitely adding K-18 into my go-to haircare. 💛

My biggest struggle with my naturally gray, wavy hair is frizz. I've tried ALL the products. Some control the frizz for part of a day or until I'm out in the humidity for more than five minutes. I've used K18 for four washes and can honestly say this product has been the best one I've found that keeps my hair relatively frizz free, even when I've been outside most of the day in the heat and humidity. Another great feature of K18 is that my hair is less tangly and easier to comb through in the shower AND I've noticed less hair falling out. I have high hopes that with continued use, I will see even more improvement. It seems pricey at first glance, but I have long hair and the 1.7oz trial size has given me four uses and there is still some left (probably not much). Best product ever

This product is the real deal! I was dubious after trying many, many products claiming to help, fix or repair my very damaged hair. I won’t disrespect these products because on healthy hair they are probably great. My hair is thin, has been professionally colored for years but my need to straighten my hair daily is what did it in. I bit the bullet had a professional perm and found K18. I am on my 5th treatment and the results are noticeable and phenomenal. My hair is soft, the frizz is under control. My hair looks full and healthy. I do not put heat to it right now. I waited to post a review because I wanted to use K18 for 4 washes, which took me about 2 weeks because I wash my hair every 3-4 days. I have always had relatively healthy, soft natural curly hair, but about a month ago I decided to get full highlights to blend the gray that has been showing up heavily on my dark hair. This is definitely the product for my fine highlighted hair. I can actually appreciate my highlights now. By the way, I was not paid for writing this review and I'm not an influencer. I just hope that others out there that are looking for help with highlighted or bleached hair that this review helps. I'm so glad I decided to try K18!

For the people that only used it one time, so far so good!

So, let me start off by saying it was this, or olaplex for the 30ish dollars I was going to spend on my hair- as I didn't want to invest a huge amount of money into another product with fancy claims and next to zero results. I was intrigued by how DEEP k18 is meant to go into my hair, I haven't seen any product even claim anything close to litteraly rebuilding your hair down "to the DNA" of a strand. I will be using this after my upcoming hair appointment to really test the long term affects. Another note is that using styling tools may help show off the effects easier - I have not been using heat tools or even any brushing when my hair is drying due to the curly girl method. So far it's looking good - my only concern is will this bring an abundance of softness to my demanding curls, or just bring me back to my normal struggles? We shall see, but I have high hopes based on my 1st results. ITS WORTH A TRY CURLY GIRLS!

Hair Saver

I am on a blonding journey right now and as a person with fine, thin hair, I knew I needed to have treatments at hand to reduce the damage my hair was about to take. My hair doesn't take bleach well and it takes multiple sessions over the span of months to get to the level I need for the vivid I put in my hair.On top of that, my first hair appointment this last Saturday was a disaster... instead of light peachy pink, the stylist gave me neon purple. In a panic, I ended up at another hair salon the same day and had to get even more hair-killing treatments to color correct.I have since done two treatments of the K18 repair mask, and I can tell there is a huge difference from Saturday when my hair felt like straw. I let the K18 mask set for 20 minutes (not 4) and then I put in a leave-in conditioner. I use Drunk Elephant. It's really helped keep my hair soft.For K18, I would love it if you offered a leave-in conditioning treatment that could be used after the K18 Repair Mask

I have thick, coarse hair - did not feel conditioned without soooo many pumps

If I did not use conditioner, I could not detangle my hair enough to thoroughly saturate all the strands. I waited for 10 minutes to try to detangle and had to add leave in to detangle. This is not really made for us with really thick coarse curly hair. I am Caucasian, but have very thick, curly hair that is quite slow to soak in product. I have been doing the curly girl method for many months and have seen improvement since I shampoo less, but this product did not condition enough for me to run a comb through my hair without about 10 pumps. My hair felt soft after drying, but I would say to the ladies with thick coarse hair that you will have to use a lot of product, especially if you arent using a leave in after applying this. Shampoo, unless it is has bad silicones in it, does not soften my hair enough to detangle it. I avoid silicones and sulfates, so detangling without a very rich conditioner is impossible and painful. Please consider this in all instructions, sales, etc. So many of us don't have "average" hair that can take 3 pumps and go. I still needed 5 pumps with cowashing to condition enough to feel like it made a difference. I would recommend this product to people with straight/wavy average texture hair only.

When she took the towel off my head I nearly cried. I was back in the salon the very next day and spent 5 hours getting low lights. K18 has worked wonders on my hair but not even the Lord himself could keep my hair from splitting and breaking after all that bleach! I believe without a doubt that I would have had to get all my long hair cut off and it would have been in terrible shape if not for using K18. So, set your expectations for big improvement and not perfection and you should really love this product. And, hey, maybe your hair is not as damaged as mine was so your results may be better than mine. I'm glad I found it when I did. I will continue to use it. Hope this helps.
