Very pleased with the trampoline it is perfect for my 3 year old grandson and he will get plenty of use for several years. It’s exactly as per the photo. The delivery was prompt and the assembly was easy. Would highly recommend this product.

Only downside was assembly, to get the round frame together was difficult and if we hadn’t had a rubber mallet I’m not sure we would’ve been able to get it together. Would’ve preferred a hard copy of the assembly manual. Grand kids are having a ball and getting some fresh air and exercise in this lockdown period.

I like the product overall but there are certain things you most definitely could improve on. I never asked for the basketball part but one of the poles I had to use is one that is destined for the basketball attachment. Instructions are of poor quality, none of the parts are marked and there were other problems. Luckily I own a laptop or I would have been in trouble when I went to put it together. I also have some other poles there that are not included in your instructions so I don't what to do with them.

This trampoline is average after putting it together. We were trying to decide if we should pay the extra and purchase a "named" brand after owning a cheep trampoline previously and decided to bight the bullet and pay the couple of hundred more. After putting it all together there were some protective covers missing and stained marks on the safety pad (these were replaced free of charge by the supplier), the stairs are solid steel so are very painful on the feet (many don't include stairs so i guess we could just replace it with a step), the way the outer net attaches to the trampoline is with a piece of string you need to weave in and out of the springs so I'm not sure that's going to last very long and the painted metal pieces all have scratches and marks on them. ... MoreThis trampoline is average after putting it together. All up its possibly a little worse than the previous cheep trampoline we purchased where the outer net has sewn eyelets and was attached at the bottom with the springs going through each eyelet and attaching to the bouncy part so it had a strong connection, the stairs had flat steps for more comfort. So if you are trying to decide if the extra $$ PLUS the expensive postage is worth it, i would encourage you to go with the cheaper option or at least consider the points i raised above.

The ad clearly states that it comes with a UV cover, which we took to mean a roof shade (because one is available for purchase). It doesn’t come with one. Talking to Harvey Norman about this got us nowhere. So be aware that this product isn’t as advertised.However, it’s a good product. We bought this to keep our kids busy during the COVID19 lockdown. It’s been good. Assembly is a nightmare, definitely needs two people and a few beers, but this is to be expected with trampolines!So by all means, get one. Just don’t expect the cover to come with it.
Have not yet opened. But did my research and this product seems to be a good make. Will test after Xmas. Price was great compared to other stores but only had orange option and no pick up option but delivery did not blow out cost. Is a good size for small space available.
Description states it comes with a cover. Ours did not. Description also states weight limit of 80kg but instructions that came with product state weight limit is 60kg.I have complained. Waiting for a response.
I purchased this 18mths ago & the frame snapped. I tried calling the company, finally got a returned call to find out I can't even purchase another frame. Kids on it would have been in total a weight of about 100kg ever. Broke with 45kg kid only.
Bought as a Xmas present and set up a few days prior. Luckily! Parts missing . Even had to drill holes in legs and re thread in order to it the required screws in. Luckily we had the correct tools. Definitely have to look at quality control. If didn't have correct tools would have had a very disappointed 10 year old for Christmas
