I'm not sure what kind of amazing-ness they put in these things, but these have to be the #1 gummy vitamins ever. First of all they smell like orange creamsicle. Great start. Second, they have the same texture and taste as actual candy. It was kind of hard to believe that it was healthy for you! (not to mention vegetarian). Slightly worried I might eat the lot, lol (I won't, dont worry). Anyways, it's a grand slam for me. These things are the real deal.

Love these! I can't swallow big pills so have to resort to chewables, and this is easily the most delicious magnesium product I've tried (including other gummies and powders). Perfect soft texture, perfect mix of sweet and tart--it's hard to resist taking extra! I also think I notice more difference in my anxiety levels and regularity than with the last brand I used. I weigh 120 pounds and take two gummies per day to stretch the supply. I do wish they were less expensive.(If anyone at Kal reads this, please bring back the magnesium glycinate chewables too!)
It does what any magnesium supplement will do, but it has a medicinal taste that I haven't been able to get over. Looking at the amount it comes with in comparison to the dosage it'd finish in no time (I took 2 a day rather than 4). It's a good price but there are better products out there.
Bought it for my kids and one refused it completely. I have to force the other one to take it. They taste ok mine just donāt seem to like it.When itās taken my kid has easier time with sleep.
My knees hurt sometimes especially in the cold & I also have occasional trouble sleeping. Since Iāve been taking this delicious gummy Iām feeling much better! kids loved the taste. can't say that it benefitted them in any way, but I gave it to them prophylactically and for better sleepwould order again. nothing to complain about quality. small size- would have loved more servings per bottle and magnesium in biglycinate form
i had very low magnesium in my blood work. after 2 bottles of this my blood work is coming back much better. i take it with vitamin d to aid in absorbtion. it tastes pretty gross though.
