Every other B complex supplement that I looked at had ridiculously high levels of at least a few of the component vitamins. It's no longer considered safe to take megadoses of B vitamins in the belief that the extra just "washes out"'; there has been shown to be harm from overdosing in that way. This supplement fits the bill for a reasonable dose. In addition, the dosage shown is for 6 tablets. I generally find that simply taking TWO is enough to bring my B levels up to the daily requirement, making this supplement a good value also. This will be my go-to for the foreseeable future.

+I use these to give to my kids for the full spectrum B vitamins and the complete amino acid profile.+Huge bottle that lasts a long time for a small cost.+Amazing addition to any diet to enhance especially brain and mood nutrition.+They smell really yummy!+They contain nutritional yeast, not brewer‘s yeast, which is way better quality.+Small size tablets with rounded form that even kids can swallow easily.-Unfortunately they contain artificial B vitamins, which i would love to avoid but this is the best i could find. I wish they would stop that and just make tablets with nothing but nutritional yeast in it. Oh well.I wish everyone reading this great health❤️

Ordered on 20th Nov (Wed) and well received on morning 23rd Nov 2021 (Sat) from South Korea to Singapore. Being taking it for some times as i have eczema, so far so good without causing any discomfort or irritating. Price is good in iherb so just it a try. Please give me a thumbs up if it helps.

I have Nutritional yeast powder which i use in cooking. I bought these to try as a supplement as I heard it can help with sleep, and I don't sleep well. I have to say I did feel rested the first time I tried, and seemed to have a better nights sleep.Clearly more frequent use will give better support to this, signs are promising.
found out after I bought it, that it is fortified with synthetic B-vitamins. so a waste of money. Verified by Kal they add synthetic B-vitamins to a natural source of B-vitamins. the question is why do these companies do this?
