I originally did a review saying it was a fantastic product . I can't complain about the way the food cooked. When I went to use it the second time I noticed there was a crack on the outer shell I was very disappointed considering the cost of nearly £300.00 . I wish now I had gone for a more expensive one

Good value for money, even if the support is a bit light, it remains stainless steel as all fittings; An improvement is to be made to the positioning of the oven on its support (large freedom of movement between tank and stainless steel profiles, risk of increased tilting); For the rest, good cooking equipment, even pizza, in this case provide for the purchase of a pizza plate with a diameter of at least 4cm smaller inside the oven to allow the draft; if not cooking !!! To recommend.

The quality is there, even if the finishing could be improved. It's missing accessories, like a "flame guard" or a "Pizza Plate", but the other accessories can easily be adapted to the job! Taste wise, after a short adaptation period, it's great! A whole chicken can easily fit inside along with 6 to 8 potatoes. Compared to other high end products, it's great value! That's it, I hope I was able to help.

I used it for the first time on Sunday to cook a whole chicken 1hr 15 min @ 180c the results were amazing , so moist and full of flavour. I think the knack is to have the bottom flap open about 35mm and control the temp using the top flap , then shut both flaps after use and then the charcoal is ready for next time .
I removed the 2 screws that held the small metal cap. That way I can remove it at the beginning so the temperature rises faster (300°C in 20 minutes). It can be reinserted without problem thereafter in order to adjust the air flow, it stays put after that.
If you are considering this item, read the advert carefully. the 76cm refers to the width of the whole BBQ with the side tables folded down. The actual grill part is only 27cm diameter, the size of a large dinner plate, so OK for two but cooking for more guests would be a bit of a mission. It is quite small, in fact one nice thing is that it is at the right height to allow one to sit in a garden chair and cook. The quality of the engineering is not great, lots of sharp edges to the stainless steel parts. The first and only time I have used it, there was a loud bang and the inner ceramic pot cracked. Still usable but overall not quite what was expected for the price.
Excellent, particularly if you value portability over versatility. Easily moved around (we'll even take it camping though with some care in packing it). Accessories are hard to come by for this size of kamado, particularly for indirect cooking. However it still made a great job of a foil-wrapped medium-sized whole chicken over the charcoal, succulent meat smoky skin and cooked thoroughly in just over an hour. Great value purchase.
For a small egg like this it does its job. Charcoal is not burning well in the whole surface, because of only one air opening in the bottum. There should have been a second oppose to one, for a better result. But, must say, it does the job. For how long? We'll see.

I have cooked on a lot of different grills in my lifetime and was looking for something compact and efficient. this little guy runs hot, looks good and fits perfectly on my countertop. its small, just like description say. 2 normal steaks max, maybe 3 small steaks.
