Shipped quickly and got us back in business. I needed 2 other parts that were not available. I talked with a rep to ask when the parts would be available and was told they were not sure because the parts are made in China. Great! I've got a $1,200. grill and cant get replacement parts.

Divide and conquer is game changer. Allows for more even long cooks and you can even double up on two ceramic levels to smooth out the direct heat for long cooks. Im sure the slow roller is much better, but still brought things to another level.
Bought this right after we got our Kamado Joe. Use it often to do two foods at same time .
I purchased my first Big Joe with the Divide & Conquer Cooking Systemalmost 10 years ago. It is so much better than any other ceramic grill accessory out there. I even purchase an additional one and we modified it for my son’s used Big Green Egg. He is still looking for a Kamado Joe as he sees the Joe is a much better product.
The rack system for the Kamado Joe is fantastic. It allows you to prepare complete meals outdoors and not just the meats. Smart engineering!

That really takes things to a new level when you’re trying to cook different foods all at once that don’t get cooked exactly the same or something and let it sit. This helps a lot with that as well. Use every time I use grill would recommend to anyone.
