However when unpacked the rice measuring cup was found to be cracked in three places and unusable, When first using the cooker and closing the lid, a piece of black plastic broke off the fixed unit where the lid locks.This has not resulted in making the cooker unusable, but is another instance of poorly made imported products

Cooked rice quality is very high. Stay warm function is good; no noticeable change to rice quantity after three hours. Steaming function works well. Simple to operate. Truly set and and leave unattended. Great for a small household and efficient for up to six people. Small footprint saves bench/cupboard space.

Will not use this because it appears unsafe and also managed to not cook rice! Water bubbles up through the vent meaning water on the cabinet and then you need to remove and clean the vent as well after each cook. We sent it back.
Kambrook 5 cup rice cooker is a little ripper. Love the hinged lid and condensation catcher. This terrific appliance can serve also as a buffet food warmer is looks so good and performs so cleanly. The rice cooked beautifully as did the scrambled eggs I've thus far cooked in the appliance. Bing Lee's service was excellent from the seamless purchase to the ultra quick delivery.
Excellent product, easy to use, makes very good fluffy rice. The only problem is the water level indication marks on the inside are VERY hard to see. It should come with a flashlight.
We love this little cooker! Fits in the cupboard when we're not using it, and cooks up our dinners quickly and without hassle! I'm a bugger for sticking rice to the sides of the pan and making it impossible to clean - the rice just wipes off of this! The steam release really does jet out, so just make sure you're not trying to cook anywhere that condensation could collect and cause problems!
Easy to use. Easy to store as not too large. Only thing I’d prefer is if there was an on/off switch on it. Once plugged in and turned on at power source - it is ‘on’ -either heating/ keeping warm. It was low cost and not really a problem once you are aware and only turn on at powerpoint when starting to cook the rice. Rice comes out nice and fluffy. It stays warm for quite a while, even after turning off at powerpoint. I tend to do turn it off at the powerpoint so rice doesn’t get toasted on the bottom. Easy to clean the bowl and lid.
Terrible. It has broken after the first cooking. Just couldn't find to retun it. It tripped off my power.
Just purchased this to replace the same product that was starting to show its age (Just like me!) However I must stress that the Kambrook RiceMaster this replaces still works fine after daily use for a few years now. The product is easy to clean, easy to use and cooks rice perfectly. What's not to like? I might even buy another one to put away for future use. Best value ever in my opinion.
