My hat fits great. The size is spot on and it looks great. The quality is not as good as my old heritage collection flat cap. Honestly that is what I was expecting when I ordered this cap. But this hat was much floppier than my heritage. The heritage felt almost solid. Not floppy at all. I admit, I inherited the heritage when my dad passed. So I don’t know if it came stiff like that, or if my dad added a product, or if his sweat just made it stiff.Having said that, I still thoroughly enjoy the new 507. It looks sharp. I love how it feels, and it has grown on my. It is simply not what I expected.

I ordered this hat in Loden, large size, twice. The first hat had a dented top but it fit. I contacted customer service about the dents. They told me to steam the hat and stuff with paper. I don’t have a steamer. Why doesn’t customer service steam the hat for me? So I returned and ordered another one. The second hat arrived with the dented top, again, and run small. Returning this one too. What a disappointment. I have some a similar hat from a no name brand that is better quality than this one.On an unrelated product, I ordered a cotton bucket hat and it had stitches came out from the brim all over. Three hats from Kangol and all bad quality.

The tag said adult L, but it fit my kid with a 54cm head. Nowhere near the 59cm it should have been. Mislabeled? Defect? No clue. They received my return weeks ago, but haven’t processed it, so no hat, no refund, and no resolution.It did look nice on my kid, for what it’s worth. It felt like a quality hat in my hand. I would definitely buy in store so you can try it on first, though.

Definitely bought another Seamless Wool 507 which is now my favorite style along with the bucket hats. Large size fits best, comfortable not loose or tight. I started wearing these a few years back cause I was disappointed in the Vent Air styles they change them up a little bit so the sizing was not the same as it was in the 2010’s. This is my third hat with this style I chose a yellow color which the system says “apricot.” The quality is great, love the cap fitting look. Cream Atlas
Great customer service. I accidentally sent a hat to the wrong address. Customer service sent a replacement hat promptly to the correct address. I decided to keep the original hat as well. Now I have two happy men in Kangol hats— son-in-law in Rhode Island and husband in Missouri. Both have little hair, so wool hats are keeping them stylishly warm!
I bought this hat for my boyfriend to wear for the summer. Previously he had said that this style of hat does not typically fit him, and the ones he had tried on in the stores from other brands did not look right on him. The wide variety of sizes makes this product superior to competitors. It is stylish and looks great with his summer wardrobe. He likes it and says it is comfortable and easy to wear. I bought the white color and I would get another one for him as well as one for the winter in a different material. Excellent choice for a casual summer hat with ventilation.
I am very happy with my purchase. I've been a fan of Kangol hats since the 80s when I was Break Dancer. I was happy to see that the quality of the product has not diminished and it was great to see the creative variety of hats available. Only downside is that there is no physical store to try on the various models. On a side note, I want to send a special thank you to Kaitlyn who kept in contact with me helping me find the model of the hat that my father wore in the 80s. Kaitlyn was very proactive and supportive. Thanks!
I bought these 2 hats, 1 brown, 1 black, for the warmth of wool. I did not like the fact they were packed tightly and therefore arrived quite wrinkled. I was under the impression they were as nice as the picture represented. I have taken a steam iron to both of them but the wrinkles remain, honestly I’m a bit disappointed with this purchase.
Looks great . . . feels great . . . unique pattern! Ordered another similar design because this one wears "light" on the head; none of that binding feeling.
The fit was off, stitching not even.making the bill of the hat look lopsided.I wear them with the logo to the front.I have a 507 ventair, I purchased at a hat store. And, these did not fit anything like it. Even comparing them side by side, you could tell they were off. Not happy at all, this was my second purchase. I also wear brim straw, and felt hats. But, skeptical to try ordering at this point.
