Light weight easy to use and clean, great little machine for doing spot cleaning of pet accidents & the of vomit. Much more convenient than my larger machine, Battery life ok when used for spot cleaning haven’t used on bigger areas or extended periods yet.

I bought this specifically to clean two rugs in the house. The battery lasts about 25 minutes as advertised, but the tanks need to be filled every 3-4 minutes which is frustrating. The biggest issue is the unit seems to leak from the handle so it makes for a messy process. I'm not sure its doing a better job than just cleaning the rug manually. As others have said the instructions are really hard to follow.

I bought this unit two days ago, unfortunately after reading the manual back to front and then trying it out there was no water discharging from the spray jet. I troubleshot everything then read the guide which says if there is no water flow call customer care which I did. I spoke to the lady who checked in with the Tech team who advise that this is a new unit for Katcher however they have not had this problem previously and was ad vised to take it back to the store for a replacement which I did. Second time around no problems.After reading some reviews I found the battery life at full charge to be quite good and as a “spot” cleaner the job was easily dealt with in the time required. I bought both the Pet cleaning solution as well as the General Spot cleaner and ... Just got this for Father’s Day does a great job but the instructions need improvement due to the stops sucking when the waste tank gets more than the 1.6 input tank supplies the waste tank can hold more than 1.6 that it states so you need to empty it after every input tank which is not mentioned in the instructions
I bought this product less and than a week ago and only used it once for testing and found that it works really well for me looking forward for more results from this product and I would recommend to everyone wanting it
Great concept but the battery makes it almost unusable as it only lasts around 20 min if that. Then it takes 4 hours to charge. I simply dont understand how they thought this would be acceptable even as a spot cleaner!
