This is a very good vacuum. I have had it for a while and i have never had any issues with it. The suction power is great and it is a really powerful vacuum which is perfect for everyday cleaning and for deep cleans. It is super easy to use as it is cordless which makes life much much easier. Changing to cordless vacuums was one of the bestest decisions. The battery life is also really good lasts me a perfect amount of time and doesnt constantly need to be recharged. The noise level is also not bad at all. Overall, perfect vacuum which i have also recommended to many family and friends.

Battery life terrible and Karcher can’t provide replacement

I have had this for just on 2 years. It’s a bit frustrating to clean out, so better for doing your big full house cleans, as opposed to daily cleans. It does a great job.However at 2 years the battery failed, Karcher won’t cover under warranty and won’t / can’t supply a battery or any spares for you to fix yourself. Their only solution is to pay them. I would certainly not have purchased an $800 device if I knew at 2 years old there was no spare parts available from Karcher for purchase (especially the battery).Do not buy,

Does the job

If you just want a cleaner which is easy to use on a normal floor this is fine but don't expect it to scrub and renovate a really dirty floor. This just gives is a light mop and picks up dirt and excess water which is fine to keep an ok floor clean. It's a bit complex to set up and follow the instructions but once mastered then its easy to use. The dirty water tank fills up far too quickly but the clean water tank lasts well. I added a few drops of my own cleaning material which I think is better. The battery and charging last very well. The detachable rollers are great to clean in the washing machine.

the FC 7 cordless premium floor cleaner has a newer design method of cleaning. I am impressed with how easy it is to clean large sections of tile flooring. and I was just as impressed with its cleaning performance. I thought with the smaller amount of cleaning fluid placed on the rollers and onto the floor, this wouldn't be enough to effectively clean dirty floors. I was wrong. It did a great job of cleaning and producing very clean floors with a nice light sheen to the tile floors. then I changed the type of rollers to a smoother matte for hardwood flooring. I truly was amazed how clean and mildly shiny the hardwood floor became. I highly recommend this product. the extra price compared to the usual floor cleaners I had before is worth the extra money spent. Floors stay cleaner longer

Really needed a practical efficient way to clean vinyl laminate floors has we have about 1800 sq feet to keep clean. This machine was a game changer. Floors are spotless and no residue left behind which keeps floor cleaner much longer. I have to do sections at a time due to such a large area of cleaning but it’s fine. It’s worth it, very easy to operate easy to clean I so pleased with machine and my great results justify the price. Not a lot out there to clean an unsealed floor has steam will ruin floors like mine. Great product ….. no regrets.

Handy but expensive

I have used this three times now. As I'm disabled, getting low down to empty the much too small waste water tray, is a little troublesome. Twice when in motion, the rollers made their way off the spline. Maybe I hadn't fitted them properly? I'm certain that this machine will prove to be more convenient than my mop and bucket, however, I don't tend to think about putting the mop head in the washing machine? Maybe I should?The FC-7 is very quiet in operation, so that's a positive. I just think the missing star is due to the overprice of this item.

Money well spent!

Having used this product for several weeks I would never swap back to mopping or steam cleaning floors.I use it on high gloss tiles as well as vinyl and am delighted with the results. It leaves my floors really clean and dry within 3-5 minutes.The appliance itself is easy to use, it weightlessly glides across floors with the added bonus of it being easy to clean after use.Tip: Moving the machine across the floor when it's in the upright off position causes the rollers to drop off. It never happens when in use. In order to prevent this avoid dragging the machine across the floor with the machine switched off.I’m so glad I treated myself to this floor cleaner as my new house would have been a nightmare to clean without it - so many tiles.

So easy to clean

I have had GC7 cordless for just over a month . It is easy to charge up and lasts for a very long time so much so that I can clean over 5large rooms and still have charge left . It is so easy to clean everything comes apart and the rollers I have washed in the washing machine . There is no smell as every part can be cleaned very easily. I had a vac one before this and I thought that was good but over time it began to smell . I will never go back . This is an excellent machine . With the 4 rollers it glides effortlessly over the floor . Amazing!!

Updated F7 is quiet and powerful

Recently just upgraded to the latest F7 cordless model and was pleasantly pleased with battery life (did all of our hardwood floors AND tiled floors on one charge with charge to spare), streak-free floors that looked amazing. While floors were dirty to start with, I always vacuum ahead of time and I can’t say I had any really messy spots to tackle. The only thing that I thought was a hastle was having to empty the dirty water bin four times throughout the cleaning. I only used the turbo-mode once for a small area and immediately had to empty the dirty water bin after just having emptied it. It’s hard to toss out a machine that looks brand new and not get any support from the vendor. My husband is pretty handy but couldn’t get it fixed.
