I have been familiar with Karcher quality for a long time. Over 15 years ago, I rented vacuums for final cleaning on construction sites. Now I have finally purchased one for my home. And I am so happy about it! I can use this really powerful vacuum just about anywhere, from cleaning the house to removing sawdust when I'm working in my garage workshop. The only problem is that I did not find any vacuum attachments / brushes kits on the website.

Wow. I had a hunch this machine would work for me because I own a Karcher stick vacuum, and boy, does it work great. I am trying to keep my garage clean and the stone dust from the driveway isn't something anyone should inhale, so when I saw this had an OSHA compliant HEPA filter, I took a chance. It is more powerful than anything I have ever owned, and the long hose is almost the length of the garage. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a shop vac.

Bought this vacuum for cleaning up a construction site. It made light work of the job, for sure. I have tried several other shop vacs and it was taking me HOURS to get the debris up. I had an entire room clean in a fraction of the time with this vacuum. It's made really well and has a self-cleaning feature for your filter to extend it's life. The bags hold a ton of debris and the design is well thought-out. Would absolutely recommend.

It's been months now.I am a high end stair and finish carpenter by trade. I use these to hook up to chopsaws, table saws, sanders etc. I have been looking for another good extractor for a while now and being without one for at least a month so I finally went ahead and bought this one. I knew of Kärcher from buying vacuums for our church years ago. I knew that they are basically a professional only company for the most part. Turn it right once or twice to use varying levels of the filter cleaning mechanism. But if you plug something into the tool outlet on the front of the vacuum you can no longer turn it on manually. It turns on when you turn on what's plugged into it. It's a neat little feature I just always wonder how long a sensor will last in a dusty environment. We will see.But overall I am very happy with this purchase. I will buy another if I need one in the future. At this price point I/anyone would be foolish not to.One heads up though if you're going to buy one. The online information is NOT clear as to what comes with it and wether it works the same as other dust extractors. First, it Does work the same way as other extractors like the Metabo, Makita, Festool, Fein etc. And it DOES come with the tool attachment so you can plug the hose directly into a chopsaw or a sander. I ended up buying a second one with it because I couldn't find ANYWHERE where it said that it came with one. In fact it even fits around the dust port on my belt sander wich I can never find.Kärcher REALLY needs to start advertising these to the construction worker crowd. When you Google dust extractors it doesn't even come up. I just had special knowledge and went down the rabbit hole to find it.Enjoy it if you get one, I couldn't be happier!
So, this is a limited-use product evaluation. Normally, I review products after (at least) one year of use. What I can say, is the product appears well designed and made for an extended service life (we will see). There was a component broken during shipment (non-critical tool holder), which could have been avoided by simply letting the user install (one screw) or better packaging. Overall the product is "professional" i.e. contractor quality, and I recommend this vacuum be considered over any of the "big box" brands.
Overall I’ve been very satisfied with my purchase. The machine works extremely well. A few highlights:- strong suction- quiet operation- good accessory organization- the wheels are smooth and roll over most small obstacles- expensive but appropriate for the product performance and design detailOpportunities for improvement:- on a couple occasions, the container closures came open when picking up the machine (This could be due to me not closing them properly).- the metal tube extensions can get stuck together and require high force or tools to pull them apart.- the hose is very long. This is great when vacuuming but makes it more bulky to store.- on the heavier side
Brought an M class of this model mid 2021. Great suction but started playing up after about 9 months using TACT feature. Took it into Hydraulink for its yearly service to gain the extra year of warranty and to get problem fixed. Called after 2-3 weeks for follow up, was still sitting in their shop!! Chased up again after another 2 weeks or so and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Used again on site, same problem. Back to hydraulink and down to karcher in Auckland. Got sent back saying it was fixed. apparently a blocked hose and damaged power lead which they replaced and slapped me with a bill Went to use again and same problem!! Took back to Bunnings for refund - refunded straight away. Thanks. Will never buy a karcher vac again.

I found the manual mostly useless and ended up going onto youtube to see how people used this vacuum.. The worst part is there is nothing in the manual that obviously tells people to REMOVE the FILTER before using the vacuum for liquids. We are renovating a 133 year old house and after the demolition crew left, I used this vacuum to remove all the small debris and significant amounts of old dust and spiders from the floors, wall studs and rafters. With the HEPA filter and powerful suction, there was no airborne dust from vacuuming. I also vacuumed the very old, dirty basement without any problems. The bags hold a lot of debris and the house looks and smells significantly cleaner. We are extremely happy with this product
