Good Karcher product, just tried it & appears to function well.A little heavy, so attached a shoulder strap which helped.Good water pressure & therefore cleaned up well.Also purchased a Karcher Glass & Facade cleaning attachment. Jet pipe a little pricey, but worth it.Recommended.

This could really do with a shoulder harness for use. Holding it at full reach places a bit of strain on the hands/wrists. It's a quality product but ultimately a couple of sections of box aluminium and a pipe so I don't know how Karcher put the price on it that they do. However, got the job done.

This is as all Karcher stuff well constructed but it is a bit on the clumsy side. Specifically the trigger mounting system is rather insecure but overall it does make cleaning first floor windows and caravan roofs easier.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning

Bought to give easier option to clean my glass conservatory roof and gutters. Works extremely well, even if used up a step ladder. Extremely long reach so could clean the ridge which was previously done with extended brush that never did a proper clean. Found bonus that even when carried on ground folder up, the washer could clean the paving slabs without getting so close that user gets soaked from splash back.

Great product, easy to use.

I was hoping to attache the patio cleaner onto it and push it up the roof to clean the moss off the tiles but the angle is to sharp. Jet is still good for blasting it off. They also do a soffit and gutter brush not listed on the web so might invest in that next time.

Wanted this for one specific job, cleaning our conservatory roof. Tried all sorts over the years before I came across this and it seemed the answer to my prayers!Have just used it on the roof and would comment as follows.First of all, it's quite unwieldy and not easy to handle in use. The upper extending bit was EXTREMELY tight, almost couldn't pull it out with my arthritic hands. Vaseline and WD40 made it a little easier but still hard to pull out.Conversely, the lower extending pole pulls out very easily.Once you start using it, you realise how powerful it is. My Karcher is an old one and there is no ridge on it like there is in the photos. So it's easy to push the strap up when you are spraying, then the gun loosens. Some sort of clips would be better in my opinion.Final negative is the nozzle on the end. It would be so much better if you could rotate it down to point at what you are trying to reach. Instead you have to adjust the angle of the cantilever bit which reduces your range.After all those negatives, it is a good piece of kit once you get used to it. It did clean up the roof very well but at stages it becomes too long when ideally you need to walk away from what you;re cleaning. Not easy if you're on a ladder!Overall it's worth the price I paid which was a lot less than the Karcher list.With a few design mods it could be excellent.No manual included, you have to download a document nearly 100 pages long in dozens of different languages. The only relevant bit in English is only a few pages long.

Just the job

I have a cream rendered house which gets rather dirty from the combination of rain and dust. The Telescopic jet pipe provides a perfect solution for cleaning the exterior walls. The power of the jet at the nozzle even on full extension removes heavy grime and the reach is quite sufficient to wash right up to the underside of the soffits. An excellent buy..

Seemed to work ok but that was water only. Would have been nice to have had a sample solution included to really see how good it was. Took a lot of grime off my gutters but not really clean. A shoulder strap would be handy

Poor customer service

Contacted Karcher via online chat facility to establish if this product would work with my old pressure washer. I was advised that I would require adaptor M to be able to connect my hose to the handle. I then ordered the jet pipe and adaptor M only to find on delivery that I actually need adaptor T - it says it on the box! So now I have an adaptor I dont need and need to order the adaptor I do need at additional cost plus delivery charge. Not very happy.

Useful tool for my K7 Pressure Washer

Just purchased the Karcher Extending Jet Pipe from Amazon at a hefty discount, which was encouraging. One needs to set aside about 20 mins to read the instructions and work out how to safety assemble it and how to use it. Now that it is assembled, it is ready to tackle the white PVC waste stack on the side of my house which is prone to collecting green algae over the winter. I have checked the reach, which is more than sufficient for this and all those hard to reach areas around the exterior of my house, to keep it maintained. My only criticism is that on first extending the pole, the internal pressure washer pipe kinked, due to packaging in a loop.
