Its first time when I am trying this kind of product and what I can say is wow ! It does good work and also I have lot of condensation and which I was struggling this vac window stopped it . My windows look fantastic and almost every day I was using as I am starting cleaning Christmas and this beauty came in right time . Comes with 2 brushes one big and one small which is really handy for small windows. Also is great for shower doors. I was So impressed how good it is this vacuum. It cleans so quick and you don’t have to worry to spend lots of time cleaning . I am so happy to have it . It’s really easy to do use is not heavy at all . Mirrors on my wardrobe were in need of a good window clean. Had a lot of marks on the mirrors. To be honest I believe in doing them by hand and have done for years. As feel this guarantees to make the glass clean. However on using the WV 2 PLUS was super impressed as there were absolutely no streaks after using the vacuum suction. Usually takes a lot of rubbing with my micro fibre cloth after window spray application. Was super impressed with the gleaming streak free result on the glass! Love the spray bottle too and the squeegee cleans perfectly. Feels lightweight too which is added bonus. A professional job. Think my original method of cleaning could be out the window!

Wow. This is amazing. Used on windows, internal doors, mirrors and tiled floors and walls. I couldn’t be happier with this product. It has different sized heads which make cleaning window panes so fast and easy. It also comes with a spray bottle, cleaner and an applicator. This is a great addition to my cleaning cupboard. I was amazed at how well a tiny, portable device could clean windows and mirrors. To be honest, I rarely clean my windows and mirrors until they get unbearably dirty, along with all the other chores like laundry and vacuuming I just about have time to accomplish. Typically, the culprits are small hands and toothpaste. Being a perfectionist, I frequently get arm pain after attempting to remove every streak. Thanks to the Kärcher window vac I can have flawlessly streak-free mirrors in less than a minute. The handheld gadget feels to be lightweight, cordless, and nearly noiseless. Easy setup and long-lasting battery life. I'm having trouble thinking of anything wrong with this product.

Excellent window vac.

Was slightly hesitant about making this purchase, but as the product is so good and the results on all sheer surfaces so amazing, I am only sorry I did not purchase one before! I shall get a second small blade (Georgian window panes) one for inside and the other kept for outside window cleaning. The collection of water from window condensation is amazing - no more sopping kitchen paper. So easy to use the Kärcher window vac, and it works which ever way up you need to have it. I am currently going around the house doing all the bathroom tiles, mirrors, showers etc ( big house!) and I am thrilled with the results. Thank you Kärcher for this efficient tool making housework SO much easier! I love it!

Massively disappointed

I have had my current Karchet for over 5 years. It’s been an amazing machine, really powerful , but sadly coming to end after many great years. I assumed it’s replacement and the Karchet brand would be just as amazing. The new version is absolutely rubbish. It does not have the engine, the power, or the build quality of previous generation. You can hear the engine warring and struggling. It is a massively inferior product to its predecessor. If Karcher want to now produce cheap inferior products they can, but should reduce their premium prices to reflect. I have been a loyal fan but massively disappointed by our replacement

Seems great but registration is hopeless

Just bought it and only used it twice and seems to do a good job quickly and efficiently. The only downside is when you are registering the product--very confusing, difficult and time consuming. For example, there are two headings in the first box so you fill them in then discover that the blank box below is actually for the second required heading--not the end of the world just an unnecessary pain as you've go the delete some details in the first box and then retype them in the second blank box. Any chance you can just put the headings at the appropriate box? Also, product numbers / serial numbers are requested with no guidance as to where to find them. And the same number comes in varying forms--16332210 and 1.633221.0--which one would you like us to use?
