This appears not to be an original as the spelling on different components is not the same. The packaging is the worst I have seen, no bag, no paperwork, just a bit of screwed up newspaper in a rubbish box.

Nice to have. I have seen professional window cleaners, they do not need this gadget. But, if you are useless with house chores like me, this is perfect.
Very fast reception of the package, without damage. Having had the opportunity to use this same tool before, I am very satisfied with it for the use that I will make of it: car cleaning, stripping of stones, of terrace, of stairs.
Better than other cleaners but a concern of traces of squeegee on the windows. It is true that it is very hot at the moment and that the cleaning product evaporates quickly
Don't know the difference with other Kärcher window vacuum cleaners, but it was worth buying.I should not have hesitated and bought this sooner.Was able to clean the balcony windows very quickly.Only wish it was shaped a bit more differently so that the bottom won't scratch on the ground when cleaning the bottom edge of the windows. Maybe I should try it upside down, but am not sure it will work that way.
I have a lot of glass walls and floor to ceiling windows, and I can say it saves me a lot of time whan I need to do the windows. I think it cut the glass cleaning time in half at least. It does a great job with clenaing the shower glass walls as well. The Karcher cleaning solution is really good, it really disolves all limescale deposits. Works if you hold it upside down as well, to help clean even the lower part of windows that would normally would not be possible if you would keep it upside as it would hit the floor. I love it.
This device makes the chore of tiles lighter, the tiles are clean with disconcerting speed, more trace and the tile is really clean since the dirty water is sucked rather than spread on the tiles with your cloth! And for the verandas then there it is magic. I hate making tiles now, it's a pleasure!
