Best product I have bought in a long time. The WV Karcher window cleaner is easy to use, it is lightweight and gets the job done. The Karcher Window Vac cleaner is the best & easiest cleaner I have ever used. A simple process with a perfect finish. No marks after one quick going over.I am now motivated to clean all the windows inside & outside the house.Wish I had this when I lived on the farm & had to clean all the windows. Cleans mirrors & showers screens perfectly. I'm amazed at the result.

Really has made cleaning my windows a breeze. I have a house FULL of windows and glass doors and it used to be a dreaded job but no more. I fill the bottle with detergent and some vinegar and also use a separate bottle full of soapy water to get it really wet. Does an excellent job and takes no energy. Mine does not leak when put on its side either.

Both batteries completely died 1 at 5 months the other at 10 months. The charger won't commence charging because batteries completely dead. Now have warranty issues with Karcher.Dealing with Karcher is a nightmare.I have learnt the hard way it's best to deal with Bunnings (even though I feel like a criminal standing at the returns desk the Bunnings team always do sort it out).

It does suck up the condensation quite well, and maybe it's just our unit, but be aware that every so often it can spit water out of the side and drips water from the bottom of the unit, even when the tank is empty. The finished window is good, but I wouldn't call it 'streak free' by any means. The main reason why I have only given three stars though is because of the battery life and the false advertising. The charging base allows for both batteries to be charged simultaneously, with each battery having a run time of 35 minutes, but it then takes 185 minutes to charge it (from ... I highly recommend this product but the version depends on your needs and preferences.
Love results. Was sceptical at first that it would perform as advertised. Universal pictorial instructions take a bit to interpret, as no English written step by step guide. However, fairly logical. Once underway it’s quick, efficient and great clean results with almost no water dripping onto floors inside ir outside balconies.
Hate cleaning windows and mirrors, and had seen these so many times in ads and in stores, so glad I bought this, it really does make the job easier. Glad I bought the one with the extra battery also. As the battery life is not crazy long this does let me get everything done. It is a great tool, but perhaps a little expensive for what it does.
Product works well. However on/off switch failed after 18 months of light use. Also one battery failed and could not be charged. Bunnings replaced unit for WV6 model for only $6 extra.
