The screw top lid is a great improvement, our old keepcup with the push on lid went deformed and could not seal properly.Feels like great quality finish and hasnt scratched yet!

Only gotten to use this cup a couple of times yet but I think I will grow to like it even more over time. I have had previous glass and plastic keep cups also with the snap on lids and bought the Helix because of it's thermal properties and the screw on lead for extra security. The stopper is stiff at first but it does mention that it gets easier to use after its first hot drink and this is true. I just need to get used to how the liquid comes out the opening now as it differs from the original push on lid but that's just because of it being a different mechanism. Helix Thermal Travel Cup - They've finally got it right !!Having used the previous version of KeepCup's thermal travel mug, I was always disappointed with the fit of the lid - it was not quite tight enough around the rim to prevent leaks, not what you want when you're wearing a suit and white shirt !With the Helix, the gasket seal, screw fit lid and innovative sipping port seal combine to make it leak-proof in everyday use. I was so impressed, I bought a second one (despite the slightly eye-watering price).

Excellent quality, true to description and photos. However, rather pricey. It had to fit in a specific cup holder in my friend's car, hence spending this amount of money. She's very happy with it.

Solid product, but it isnt as good as the one I bought before. The old style was softer, thinner, and a color I liked better. Disappointed I couldn't buy the exact one I had before I lost it. That mug was the best I've used. This one is above average, but I don't like the feel of it near as much.

Great cup, beautiful colour

Great cup, good medium size, keeps your drink hot. Only issue is cleaning the lid. I know there is a video to learn how to take it apart but it seems overly complicated for a keep cup lid. Otherwise, it’s great.

Holds coffee, good lid.

Why: my old cup was brilliant but tired - the lid was getting a bit loose and had started leaking if it was too full or popping off. It was time to renew. I wanted something bright and fun, but super secure against spills and leaks.The good bits: it's a screw on lid, so the risk of leaks is reduced. The lid stays on. Plus it can be filled a bit higher.The less good bits: It's stainless steel, so it feels like coffee tastes different. It's a bit heavier than the plastic keep cup.Other bits: It's bright. Very bright. The lid is a bit harder to put together after washing. Reading the instructions is 100% recommended. Apparently it's part of a system so it can be a cup or a bottle...Overall: The Helix does what I wanted it to and seems pretty indestructible.

First of all staff was so helpful as I couldnt decide which type of cup i wanted or which was better. As soon as i asked the lady knew all about it and after a couple test runs I know she had amazing advice. As well as that, LOVE the cup. Absolutely obsessed. The colours and the practicality is just so perfect and exactly what i was looking for. Will definitely be my number 1 gift option, and may or may not buy another for myself…😂

Perfectly adequate

It’s a nice insulated takeaway coffee cup.Haven’t used the bottle “feature”.Has spilt dregs through my bag when not doing up the lid super tight.
