Constant Malfunction

The q key is constantly firing off without any command. I find myself working with the q key popped off a lot and then when I need q I push it with a pencil. Maybe I can shave the q key down some but I’m in a busy season and haven’t given it much attention in the shop. My customers probably think I’m a believer and advocate of q anon. Entire text will be highlighted for copying and the replaced by a constant stream of q’s if I have the key on. I like the feel of the keyboard but this is beyond annoying. I don’t want to exchange bc of the carbon resources associated with it. Disappointed for sure.

Takes some getting used to, but this keyboard is very comfortable to type on for long periods (8+ hrs/day) of time after adjusting to the split & tilt. The mouse fits my hand very nicely, although I'd definitely recommend a wrist support mousepad to go with it.

Great Keyboard, horrible mouse
12 December 2022

The keyboard is great! really supportive wrist pad and keys are at a very comfortable angle for your fingers. The mouse is horrible though. The position/ angle it puts your wrist in is worse than a traditional mouse. The mouse needs to be more vertical to put your wrist at a natural angel; it's at an awkward angle that creates allot of discomfort after a short period.I would say, buy something with a better mouse or buy this for the keyboard if you already have a goo ergonomic mouse because the price is fair for this set.

Key got stuck within 2 weeks of using
13 October 2021

Do not recommend. I was very happy to find this wireless and ergonomic keyboard and mouse set at a decent price… Unfortunately within two weeks of using it, the several of keys got stuck and I could not type a sentence without multiple letter errors. It is useless to me now. I use the mouse, but do not like the ergo shape either. I don’t have the box, otherwise I would return it ASAP. Do not buy, quality is poor.

Returned it immediately
16 November 2020

This arrived today and the mouse was missing a USB transmitter. It should have come in the battery area but it was missing. When I connected the keyboard which had its own USB transmitter, connection was easy but the keyboard was very slow and did not respond well. I tried to diagnose myself (rebooted, tried to disconnect and reconnect and then I got an error message from my computer and it would not connect again). I contacted Kensington tech support by phone who said that the mouse should have it's own USB and they guess this was a defective product and to return it. I will order a different product instead.

Strong contender wireless keyboard/mouse category
31 January 2022

Keyboard is comfortable and accurate. However, like most wireless keyboards/mice, it seems to go to sleep. If the keyboard is inactive for a while you need to allow time for it to wake up. The keyboard does respond well when active and is a good choice for a wireless ergonomic keyboard/mouse at a fair price.

Terrible Connection, Keys get stuck
3 October 2022

Shift and control getting stuck make using the keyboard a nightmare. You'll be constantly wondering why nothing will work for minutes on end, multiple times a day before realizing the control or shift keys are trapped. Also, bad connection.

Typing faster with no pain
31 October 2020

I was hesitant at first and wasn't sure what to expect with the ergo wireless keyboard and mouse. But the ergonomics of my work from home office isn't great...and I'm finding myself spending more time in front of the computer so I needed to make some changes. The keyboard was awkward at first but it really depends on what you use the keyboard for. When I'm writing long emails, drafting plan documents, etc --- this keyboard is FANTASTIC! The raised center of the keyboard just helps with the fatigue from typing the letter T, R, N.. etc --- just count how many times I've used those letters in this post! Otherwise if you're working in spreadsheets and if you need to do a lot of modeling -- the function keys take a little getting used . Very comfortable to use
2 November 2020

I love my Kensington Pro Fit Ergo Wireless Keyboard and wireless mouse! I work at home and using a wired keyboard and wired mouse was getting to be frustrating for me because I was not happy with all the cords and I only had so much room for movement. Now, I can use my keyboard and mouse wherever I want. No more cords. Also, the ergo keyboard felt so much more comfortable, especially with the wrist rest cushion, to type. The setup was extremely easy for the keyboard and the mouse and the instructions were easy to understand. This is great for any office, home or business, or for personal use. I would recommend the Kensington Pro Fit Ergo wireless keyboard and mouse to anyone.
