I have previously used the Microsoft Sculpt and I should've stayed with that. The keys on the keyboard have a weird slippery feel and I make frequent typos as the keys just feel as if they are too small and too close together. It also has a rather unpleasant clacking sound to it compared to other keyboards. The mouse is way too small for my hand to be comfortable and the extended bottom edge makes it hard to use with the cushioned mousepad I'm using for wrist support. The extended edge offers no extra support as it is in the cupped part of my palm and doesn't make any contact with my hand at all. I have medium to large hands, this device might be more comfortable for someone with small/extra small hands. This is a decent ergonomic keyboard. I already knew I'd like the split key design as I've used ergonomic keyboards before. It has a useful feature where the "feet" are at the bottom of the keyboard which means it angles down *away* from your body, but that turns out to be a good ergonomic position compared to the "normal" way where the feet angle the keyboard up towards your body. For the price, this keyboard and mouse is a solid value. There are certainly others that cost 2-5x more that feel like more premium products, but if you're new to ergo keyboards or don't want to spend that type of money, this is a solid choice.

I am a heavy handed hunt & peck typist with very large hands. I recently have had difficulty with my dexterity so this keyboard is a god send. It is very light weight and if you're clumsy like I am this could potentially be a issue. Simply mount the keyboard to a sturdy object, I chose a heavy butcher block cutting board. Lucked on to that one. I have owned just about every brand of split ergo keyboard available; not anymore, I'm done shopping. You will find this product is more expensive than the competition, buy this one and you'll see why. If you're a serious writer with hilarious typing skills, but this one

Don't like it
13 October 2020

I have been trying to use this keyboard and mouse for about a week in a half. I finally gave up today. The mouse is fine, but the keyboard is terrible. I love the shape and the feel of the keyboard, but the functionality is bad. It's delayed at times. It types extra letters. For example, I can type the word "if" but It comes across the screen as iffffffffffff etc. I have to turn the keyboard off in order for it to stop. Simple sentences have become a hassle. Im not sure if this is just a defective keyboard or not. Everything else is great. The shape, the feel is very comfortable. The mouse fits great in my hand.

Don't waste your time or money on this one

Cheap feel and construction. The USB dongle is coded to the KB and mouse so you can't replace a lost dongle or broken/lost KB or mouse. Mine arrived with a defective mouse, the buttons worked sporadically. Have to return everything for a refund. I won't be buying Kensington ever again. Oh well, that's what I get for trying to save a couple bucks.... Logitech, here I come!

Falls Short
5 October 2020

With working remotely, I was really excited about this set. Unfortunately it fell short for me. To start, your fingers do not rest naturally on the keyboard. Sometimes you have to hit the keys extra hard to get them to register too. The keyboard goes into sleep mode with his annoying, esp while sitting on conference calls and when you start typing, it won’t register the first couple of letters. The mouse goes into sleep mode as well and you have you need to left click to turn it on which is annoying.Lastly, the keyboard is not white, it's more beige.Definitely not white.

Improving my Productivity
3 October 2020

The keys on my keyboard on my MacBook Pro were going out, they kept sticking or falling out. Rather than spending a ton of money on a completely new computer, I decided to look into wireless keyboard/mouse options. I'm really glad I did, this keyboard and mouse are super easy to set up and are comfortable to spend all day typing on. I like that they connect via Bluetooth, but also come with a little dongle in case I need it as well. It took me just a couple of minutes from unboxing to being up and running.

Not very good
16 June 2021

Not very good product I got this because my other keyboard and mouse set wasn't working anymore so I thought I would try a different kind and what a mistake this one was the keyboard when you start typing you have to hit the first letters or two twice to get them to work and then after that you have to be really careful because it will start adding more letters than you need. And the mouse is junk and very unconfertable to use does not fit in your hand right. But I will have to use it until I can save up to get a better set/

OK Keyboard, Better Mouse
8 October 2020

The keyboard works well, but it feels cheap. The one part of the keyboard that feels good is the wrist-rest- it's not too cushy or too hard- this part is just right. There is a lot of key travel in the keyboard, to it does take effort to type. It connected very easily. But again, the thing felt cheap when I typed on it.The mouse also connected easily via Bluetooth, and glided buttery-smooth on the desk surface. there also was a place to grip it to pick it up to adjust the position. My wrist rested on the front tip (tip closest to the wrist) - it took a little getting used to there.Overall, not a bad combination. It does the job well. Not higher-end feeling though.

Unresponsive keyboard

I like the design and color of the grey keyboard. As other reviewers said, the wireless functionality is unresponsive. It misses many keystrokes. I will probably return it.
